Their products are solid, but the way they treat people is terrible. That outweighs the quality to me. I’ve called in the past and was spoken to like I was an idiot. Their social media manager also makes fun of people on their social media pages. It’s like they don’t care if you buy or not, then once you do, they don’t care about the service after the sale. I own 3 of their suppressors. The next one will be a different brand.
It says in the item description that the Hybrid 46m Includes a 30 cal end cap. Mine did not, and when I inquired about it by calling Customer support they said it was no longer included and wanted to charge me nearly $100 for one. Completely unacceptable and false advertising and will never do business with them again. After spending over $1000 on their product its unacceptable to cheap out on something that probably cost thrm 5 cents to make and thrn extort me for it. Completely unacceptable
Solid experience overall. Fast and easy. The Only problem I had was that I was told if I buy a silencer co suppressor and I already have a silencer co account, for some other tax stamps. My tax stamp would be free. It was not, and I had to pay $205 for a tax stamp for a silencer co product. So, it is misleading. Beware of that. Other than that the Velos 762 itself is fantastic, and the process was simple and fast.
