Silencer Shop made buying my first suppressor incredibly easy
I purchased a SilencerCo Omega 300 through my local dealer, and they use Silencer Shop for the NFA paperwork and processing. I was expecting the process to be confusing, but the combination of having a knowledgeable local shop and the Silencer Shop system made everything surprisingly straightforward.
The Silencer Shop kiosk was especially convenient. I was able to handle my fingerprints electronically right at the shop instead of figuring out fingerprint cards or mailing anything myself. From there, my information, photo, fingerprints, and paperwork were all tied into the Silencer Shop system, and I was able to follow the process as everything was prepared and submitted.
What I really liked was having the best of both worlds: I could buy the Omega 300 locally, actually see what I was purchasing and talk to someone in person, while Silencer Shop handled the more intimidating NFA side of the transaction. My local dealer walked me through what I needed to do at the kiosk and Silencer Shop made the remaining steps very easy to understand.
My Form 4 has now been submitted, so I’m waiting on ATF approval, but the purchasing and submission experience itself has been excellent. For someone buying their first suppressor who might be hesitant because of the paperwork, I would absolutely recommend finding a good local Silencer Shop dealer with a kiosk. It made the entire process much easier than I expected.

The whole process was quick and easy
The whole process was quick and easy. I received my forms almost immediately after submitting them, was able to e-sign all the forms and submit them right back and within a week I had my ATF stamps and was able to pick up my silencers. In addition the One Shot Trust were made available at the same time. I would recommend Silencer Shop to anyone.

I was not happy with your customer service
I was not happy with your customer service. It took 2 weeks after my Form 3 was approved to get my suppressor sent to the dealer. Trying to contact you by phone was totally impossible. An hour on hold after being kicked off 4 times was ridiculous. I never did get through to a human. Yes the process to buy and all the ATF forms being taken care of and your selection of suppressors was awesome, but you all failed on customer service
