The whole process was quick and easy
The whole process was quick and easy. I received my forms almost immediately after submitting them, was able to e-sign all the forms and submit them right back and within a week I had my ATF stamps and was able to pick up my silencers. In addition the One Shot Trust were made available at the same time. I would recommend Silencer Shop to anyone.

I was not happy with your customer service
I was not happy with your customer service. It took 2 weeks after my Form 3 was approved to get my suppressor sent to the dealer. Trying to contact you by phone was totally impossible. An hour on hold after being kicked off 4 times was ridiculous. I never did get through to a human. Yes the process to buy and all the ATF forms being taken care of and your selection of suppressors was awesome, but you all failed on customer service

Waiting two weeks after the Form 3 approval for your suppressor to ship, while also being disconnected repeatedly and spending an hour on hold without reaching anyone, is understandably frustrating. We appreciate you recognizing what went well while also being clear about where we need to improve.
