SilentStreets was created with a simple vision: to make everyday travel easier, cleaner and more enjoyable. Before launching the brand, we noticed the same problem many people face — commuting was stressful, public transport was crowded, and driving was expensive and time-consuming. Electric mobility felt like the perfect solution, but the buying experience was confusing, filled with unreliable sellers and poor customer support. We wanted to change that. SilentStreets began as a small passion project — a team of riders who genuinely believed that e-bikes and e-scooters could transform the way people move around their cities. We started by testing different models, learning what truly matters to UK riders and carefully selecting brands that offered the right balance of quality, price, performance and long-term value. From day one, our goal was not to sell everything — but to sell only what we would confidently ride ourselves.

First ebike
Recently purchased my first ebike from Silentstreets and found them very knowledgeable and helpful, price was also competitive which was a bonus too. Delivery is swift and well informed to dates and times. So as a package Silentstreets are definitely worth considering for your future purchases.
