I bought a custom premium Irontech torso from Silicone Lovers for over €1,400.
The doll arrived with a major visible defect: a deep indentation below the navel with cracked silicone, resulting in a very obvious “double navel” effect. This was not present in the factory photos I approved.
Additionally, there were several smaller damages caused by poor packaging.
Despite providing numerous photos and videos, Silicone Lovers admitted the damage but never arranged for pickup or offered any real solution, even though they repeatedly promised to collect the doll for repair over more than a month.
Their customer service was unhelpful.
I paid a high premium price expecting a quality product, but received a visibly damaged item with virtually no after-sales support.
I strongly recommend avoiding Silicone Lovers.
If you expect proper quality control and reliable customer service, choose a different seller.

Definitely Worth the wait, The doll is perfect and the communication was splendid. Everything was answered super quick and i had a good overview over the delivery.
If i'd ever buy another doll it would be on this site. Very Recommended!

The customer service is what makes it great. Whenever there is an issue which I've had my fair share, there is always a quick resolution or compensation that alleviates that problem.

I would say if there was a list of things ideal when it comes to a seller, ensuring that if something goes wrong that you are indeed covered is more helpful than anything else. Questions or concerns or customizations are always answered in a timely fashion. There's always discounts and deals, you're often getting a much cheaper deal than even the original manufacturers.

I was wrong...they did a great job..they I ordered it on Friday and they delivered it on Wednesday.. exactly 3 business days ...the doll zelex 160cm was too great..the new dolls less soft than the old ones ..but more durable.. overall it very good
