I purchased the heatless curling kit. There were parts missing from the delivery. I have contacted the customer service team 3 times and they are yet to reply. Shocking customer service for an expensive product.

Product is too big and heavy for my hair I can feel it pulling and ripping so can not use not worth damaging my hair for.
I have messaged company asking to exchange for product for finer hair which was bought out after i purchased mine unfortunately.
Had no reply hence the one star.

Never received item!

Ordered a silk heatless curl kit, took two weeks to be delivered by the incompetent DPD, who delivered it to a random young girl parked in front of the address where it was supposed to be delivered to.

Firstly, why would Silkenberry pick a terrible courier like DPD? Who when I have gone to complain will only arrange a call back for the 3rd or 4th of Jan at the earliest (today is December 6th) and this is a Christmas present. Secondly, for some reason you are unable to contact Silkenberry by phone. I have emailed them asking for a call back, in the meantime I now have to call the bank to likely begin trying to get my money back.

Very irritating taking time out of my free time to write negative reviews just to try and get someone to do something about this!
