Good reliable company
Be careful when ordering to ensure you select the correct brush head for the toothbrush had to reorder and give Silkn credit they got them to me double quick and the returns procedure for the wrong items was smooth and easy a good company to do business with.

I haven't had this delivered at all
I haven't had this delivered at all, I keep trying to contact the people who are meant to be delivering this. First of all they stated it was delivered before Christmas, only for this to be a lie and it to be returned to the depot while reported as delivered. I contacted them to try and get it redelivered. After Christmas there was no sign of it being designated as undelivered and I contacted them again. They said they would get it out to me as soon as possible. It is now the second of the new year and I haven't received anything. And by now the person I was getting the present for has bought a different foot-care item.

Item not received despite many emails between me and the company. There are claims about an issue with DPD however Silk'n have failed to chase this up. I received an email from Silk'n to leave a review on their website, I left the review that explains my issues, they 'moderated' it and advised that they will not be publishing it which indicates to me that the company are not honest with their consumers.
I have requested a refund and awaiting the outcome.

for darker skin
I am writing this to help out darker skin girls. I am only on my second week so I can not yet comment on the effect of hair growth. However I did a patch test following instructions and managed to tolerate up to 4 on the intensity, and so a few days later I went straight in with number 4 intensity only to find burns on my legs and especially in the darker areas. I would say for darker skin girls to not use an intensity of more than 3 and no more than 2 on the face

Initially let down by DPD
Initially let down by DPD, who failed to deliver even though I was home, but got it 2nd time around.
This is no reflection on Silk'n who dispatched my order very quickly. So pleased with Silk'n, but DPD needs to buck up.
