My silkn led face mask stopped working, Jackie from the customer service department was wonderful. She guided me through troubleshooting and even calling me when I didn’t understand the instructions. Upon providing proof of purchase and effective warranty my issue was solved. I would definitely recommend to people. I’m not sure where all the bad reviews came from but my experience was great.
