It was very easy and fast to get my LED mask and the product is wonderful. I also liked how it was packaged well and there was communication throughout the whole delivery process to track my package.

Received a Broken Product
I'm giving 2 stars because the product arrived very quickly, however it was broken (the red light would not stay lit more than 3 seconds). I wrote to them. They asked for a video to prove it was broken, which I provided. After they received the video, they said that I must send it back to them, and then (and only then) could I receive a refund.
To me this is not acceptable service. It is such a hassle to return a (broken!) product (I don't have printer etc.). I would have expected them to refund me right away for an expensive product that does not work. It's a shame. They eventually stopped replying to my emails. I did a chargeback with my bank because I literally received a broken product for my $180. This is not a small sum for me and I would have accepted much better service (not to mention a product that works?).
