This is a PURE scam. You start a jewelry subscription and when you want to cancel they threaten to charge you extra on each order or return it at your own cost with no refund. A scam and irs crappy jewelry to boot

They sent the first few months of Jewellry but since September they have taken the money and sent nothing. I have tried contacting them and nothing and now they have taken more money for October! And still missing orders! I am trying to get a refund and will be cancelling any DD with them!

If I could give 0stars I would. I ordered the jewellery, paid for the shipping under their Ambassador offer and received nothing. Contacted them multiple times and heard nothing.
Woke up this morning to more money being taken out of my account that I did not authorise.

I ordered and paid for a box on 30 august. I never received anything! It’s been more than a month! And then they try to charge u next month for basically nothing.. and when u try to cancel, they tell u is a 6month subscription and you can’t cancel. They are doing fraud! Don’t fall for it. They always have excuses and act like they are trying to solve the problem, like there are delays! NOTHING THEY SAY IT’S TRUE! Ive learnt my lesson, and ive absolutely reported them to the police.

No issue with the first 2 orders except the ramp up on shipping cost which I can tolerate. However, I was charged for the 3 month and the order was never dispatched/ never arrived. I contacted the customer support via who said they'd look into it, after a few days stopped responding. I then found the company on Instagram and contacted them via the chat. Again, was told someone would loom into it. They stopped responding. In the meantimr, they've charged for another month, without resolving the issue at all. Stay clear. It's a fraud.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Absolute SCAM!! You do not receive your products, you are tied into a “6 month contract for continuity” as the company says in their own words. Which isn’t what you were ever told again in their own words “no catch and no contract” yes I have all the poor communication as proof. DO NOT use them!!

They charged me delivery for two months, never received product, I sent numerous emails to cancel subscription, they never replied. I had to block my card, they wouldn't stop me charging without sending products. IT'S A SCAM!

SCAM I never received any orders and a subscription has been set up to take ongoing payments. I've tried contacting the company to cancel the subscription and refund my orders and am unable to cancel online and any email communication has told me to cancel online. SCAM AVOID THIS COMPANY

If I could leave zero stars I would. The item never arrived and when you look ahead on your account you can see that each month they increase the postage payment by over double. In my first month they increase the payment from £4.99 to £12.99. They say you are tied into a 6 month subscription but they don't log the payment as a subscription with your bank and therefore you can't cancel the subscription directly through app and have to phone your bank to represent future payments from coming out. When you try to cancel on the website they only give you an email which they do not respond to and if you try to message the agent you were speaking to originally they read the messages but do not respond either. This company is a scam.

Items never arrived although having being charged for them. Take money out of your account every month and don’t allow you to cancel even though they aren’t even sending the jewellery !!! Awful compan

Received an ad for a free box if you pay delivery, thought it was a great deal so went with it. Then received an email to confirm my subscription which I didn't want to do as the jewellery box is £50 plus delivery.

As I didn't confirm my subscription I (stupidly) assumed I would not receive any more packages. I was wrong.

Woke up to an email saying 'Order Confirmed' and when I've tried to cancel/dispute this, it is, to put it simply, impossible.

Multiple emails back and forth, apparently once my order is processed it cannot be cancelled (convenient that it was and automated order and was processed overnight when people are asleep and cannot cancel).

Also since the jewellery is free but you pay postage, returning the jewellery is also pretty much pointless as you won't get the delivery money back.

I emailed asking to cancel my order and subscription, they responded about how it's not possible to cancel the order etc and then said "You can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account and navigating to the "manage subscription" section".

When you go on their website and try to cancel your (unknown) subscription, it says to email them to cancel. So I did. Again. And was met with the same message!!?? with an addition of "If your account is not yet activated, please check your email (including your spam or junk folder) for an activation link. Once your account is activated and you are logged in, you will be able to access your subscription settings and make changes directly."

So I need to activate my account to cancel my account?? But it's activated enough to charge me for orders I don't want?🤯

Scam!!! My first box never arrived, no response to emails, I contacted the influencer I got the code from and they haven’t even had a response from the company.
It’s a scam, cancelled all cards & contacted trading standards.

Scam, I have emailed multiple times and got no response, I signed up for a one time box, not realising it was a six month subscription, I was never told this. It’s impossible to cancel. Avoid this company

If I could give them no stars I would. They are a scam company. They don't tell you you're entering into a subscription and then they make it impossible to cancel your subscription. Apparently they send out an activation code. They don't. You can't cancel unless you have this code. If you ask them to send it, they never do. They refuse to give refund and store your card details so they can later charge you whatever amount they want. The only way to stop is to cancel your cards.

A complete scam. They signed me up for a subscription and charged me €5 for shipping on the first order (which I never received). The following month, they charged me €12.99 without me even receiving the first order. I have written several times to cancel the subscription, but the process is just a never-ending protocol to confuse you, and they never actually confirm the cancellation, on top of taking forever to reply.

Like others, became trapped in there scam system, my emails don’t send to them, I sometimes never got the order, and if they did come they arnt as described, they are plastic and don’t come across as they do on the website.

And the fact is you cancel you have to send ALL jewellery back as well as pay £100, I think it’s disgusting !!

Bank has now blocked the payments !

*UPDATE*
They took £120 out of my account so phoned my bank immediately and bank got all my money back due to not receiving any parcels etc and especially the fact the auto subscribe you without you knowing through Apple Pay !

Please AVOID and shop elsewhere.

I initially joined for the 'free subscription box' only having to pay £5 shipping. That went ok, jewellery came and was decent.

Then a month later I had a further £12.99 taken out of my account, to which I found out I had apparently signed up to a 6 month contract. I had signed nothing, all I had previously done was create a log in. I emailed and received a very generic response as other reviews have noted saying they can't cancel within the 6 months. This is untrue. Any company can cancel a subscription.

Poor communication; untrue subscriptions and is too good to be true.

I have taken it up with my bank whom have blocked them so further funds can't be taken out. Be careful if you sign up as I caught this early, whereas other reviews note that shipping can often be £50.
