Complete SCAM!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!

They say you can sign up for one month and cancel if you return the jewellery. When I tried to return it, they declined. Even though their website states that it can be done. Con artists! Avoid!!!

Recently started this. So far so good. Jewelry so far is great!

Tried to cancel my subscription but they tell you that your automatically signed up for 6 months.

I asked them to cancel so it would be more and they ignore me.

Now month 7 and they are still taking money!

They charge high shipping fees
You think your paying £5 postage
But your saying
£14 including shipping

And I wouldn’t mind any of it if they sent the lovely jewellery on their instagram but they don’t! They send utter crap cheap childish jewellery with pink stars and hearts.

All in the bin!

Month 7 and they still take my money and I can’t get hold of them now!

£98 in the bin!

SCAM!!! Do not fall for the free jewellery!!! I signed up to this thinking it would be a one time thing! Paid £4.99 for shipping as I was getting it free I didn’t mind doing that. Little do you know they will then sign you up to a 6 month subscription of £12.99 each month which I only found out when going into my account on the website. Which YOU CANNOT OPT OUT OF! I emailed asking if they could cancel my subscription and if this wasn’t possible could they please change my address as I am moving and want to still be receiving the products if I am paying for them. I could not cancel my subscription through the website and I also couldn’t change the address linked to the subscription through the website. I received an email a few days later that was just generic and seems it’s what they send to everyone.

There was no acknowledgment of my address being changed. I have now taken it up with my bank and had them block Silk On Me from taking money from my account as I clearly won’t be receiving the products I am paying for.

Please be careful- it seemed to good to be true and it was!

Horrendous company. Never replied to emails. Had to go through my bank to cancel payments because they won’t reply to my emails asking to cancel my subscription. Please don’t fall for their tricks

Wow- from applying to Silk on me , to receiving my high quality goods, I couldn’t be happier. Get compliments everyday on this jewellery.

This is a hack ! They don’t want to cancel my subscription and take payment on my credit card each month !!!

SCAM - Subscription and ambassador scam. Hidden small print about 6 month sign up. Thought too good to be true and that I'd properly checked that it was real but the reviews (fake or real from others given wrong information) were misleading. I would say in this age of technology and how easy it is the fall for the trap, anything at all that seems too good to be true just avoid even if it is.

Avoid this company at all costs. Do not reply to emails. And do not cancel your subscription when asked. I will have to take this up with my bank.

Signed up as a brand ambassador as I thought it would be a good way to create an online presence… worse mistake ever after reading reviews from other people.

It seems that they use a ploy of cheap ‘high quality’ jewellery and then charge you an absolute fortune after the first initial order for cheap, crappy jewellery that I’m pretty sure you’d be able to buy better from Primark.

I sent an email after I’d found out what would happen only to be told that they had a minimum six month commitment for quote -

When placing your first order there is no mention whatsoever about a subscription - please don’t fall for the same thing as I did!!

I loved the jewelry I had received from this brand! It was so pretty and the quality was very high for the price. I wear these pieces frequently and the customer service was great too when I reached out.

The jewellery I received was lovely however the company were very difficult to contact and were not helpful at all. I had tried to cancel my subscription that I was u aware I had been signed up to but I was told I could not cancel it as I had to stay for six months (something else I was not told) so I was losing money every month as a student and they were no help to me at all

Do NOT fall for this. They say they want you to be an ambassador but then put you in a 6 month subscription that they refuse to cancel. I asked them, they said they won't cancel it.

To the point this company is a Brand I thought it would be good idea to be an ambassador for this you get free jewellery but pay the shipping around £10-£12. It’s a bit much. Never received the free items but just took my money for shipping how ridiculous and unnecessary I am reporting this to police and making a big deal of this as well this person Emma working for this brand is going behind bars doing this is not allowed I want my money back

Great quality jewelry. Gorgeous timeless pieces. Passes the tarnish test!! And so affordable . These make great gifts to others and self!

Once you order the free box, it automatically puts you into a subscription program without you knowing & will then charge you £12.99 every month!
They also won’t cancel the subscription, so getting a replacement card is the only option.

The jewellery is cheap costume jewellery from aliexpress or Temu!

I was asked to be an ambassador- when reading the info it said I could back out at any time and was free as long as I posted content - neither of these statements were true. It cost around £12 a month on postage and when I tried to cancel they said that it wasn’t possible. I tried again and they kept telling me that there is no cancelling- the products were cheap in quality and easily fell apart - you can get better jewellery at primark
