I paid 50 pound + delivery free from India .. in correct 15 days I reciveded all items in UK ... mostly product you cannot found in India on local stores .... On Silkrute you can found cheapest rates and five star Ayurvedic product .. 7star from my side ..thanks and regards to all team for better future

Order finally arrived took just over month. Package arrived in good condition. Tracking info updates are poor.

I’ve been looking for chips, especially tomato-flavored ones, for a long time since they’re hard to find in Japan. I was happy to see that Silkrute had plenty of options. Ordering was simple, and the payment process was smooth.

However, the problems started a few days after I placed my order. I waited for updates, but none came. Then, Silkrute contacted me to say that one of the items was out of stock. They offered a refund, but I asked them to replace it with more tomato chips of any kind.

A week later, I started receiving multiple emails about my order. While it was good to see progress, the emails were a bit frustrating since they separated the items. After waiting for half a month, my package finally arrived. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed.

I had ordered five different types of Lay’s tomato chips but received only one type. I didn’t even bother checking the quantity—I wasn’t interested in a box full of just one kind. The pictures on the website are misleading, showing one thing but delivering another. Also, items listed as "available" can turn out to be out of stock after you’ve already placed your order.

I might use the website again, but I definitely won’t have high expectations.

Excellent delivery in US and best price. They have best prices for homeopathic medicines. I used to order homeopathic medicines from DistaCart and they charge triple the money for the same medicine. I ordered medicine for a small amount just to test. Received order today. And I am super satisfied. Came in proper packaging and took around 2 weeks to receive from order date which is excellent!!!

To be honest I wasn't 100% sure if this was a legitimate website when I placed my order. I was surprised at how fast it arrived and exactly what I ordered.

Got my package fast. It was packed securely. The price was excellent and the communication perfect. I'll be back to reorder.

Compared to several Indian online sellers silkrute exceeds expectations in many areas--good prices, prompt customer service, good delivery to USA, great variety of products from reputable Indian companies. I have made several orders over a 6 month period and have been very satisfied. They are improving their online communications and services so some glitches are being resolved. I hope they maintain prices, service, delivery. Based on my experiences with them I recommend them.

Ordered some cosmetic products from Silkrute around mid December. Package delivered mid January to Australia. All items in perfect condition and pricing is also reasonable with low delivery costs. I was provided with tracking info for the package and had no issues. I'll shop regularly through their online store.

Product arrived, just took 2 months. Would use again

I bought some items and my transaction was incorrectly processed (transaction amount was wrong)

But I noticed right away and flagged it with the store admin and they refunded me the excess right away

I appreciated the support and reassurance I got from them through it.

Delivery to New Zealand without any problems, glad to have received the items as expected at a reasonable price especially since they are not available here
