After the website selecting the wrong items for me after I have checked out, I immediately message the email provided in order to either cancel or ask to change my order to what I initially selected. There was zero response and by 1 and a half weeks my parcel came. I went to go back on the website to find out that it doesn’t exist. They changed their names on the website and email so I figured to re email them for an exchange at least. Still no response. All now not even one response to my emails and it’s been a couple of months.Their page states you can refund or exchange but through email which I should’ve known from the beginning was suss but just wanted my order changed. It was also suss that I was very sure on what I thought I ordered only until the complete check out it was the wrong item. If only I could’ve received my money back or at least the right item. The quality of the clothes are terrible and it is not mulberry silk just cheap rubbish material. I legit just want my money back. I hope no one ever orders from them again. Waste of money and time

FAKE! Recieved a package from China like aliexpres and it was not real silk like they said, it was actually cheap polyester and not true to size. I searched for contact but ofcourse they do not respond. Bye money..

Do not buy!!!! An absolute joke of a company!
I spent 60 euro on their silky set and have now been waiting for over 2 months... still no sign of my parcel.

Sent them 4 email no reply! Whenever I try to track the package the web page displays 404 error! This is insane! We must do something about it! How can we get our money back? Is there some kind of organization that we can all write to? Someone please help!

Scam, as others have said. Just wanted to post a review to encourage you all to contact your banks, provide evidence that they've lied and deleted their website, and raise a dispute for your bank to reverse the payments. I did, and got everything back. Don't let them make money from you!

As with other reviews (which I had not seen before ordering, despite searching to check out the company in advance), this appears to be a scam. I received a pack of cheap polyester (not silk) clothes that were completely the wrong size. Emailed the company to ask for a returns label to ship it back and get a refund, received a reply after several weeks saying sorry we will investigate but then nothing. No response to chaser emails. Website domain has vanished.

can only confirm what others have said, that this is a scam. order never arrives, tracker doesn't work, they have a ton of facebook pages under the same name and they even keep changing their domain name ever so slightly as their site presumably keeps getting busted. Save your money, don't buy there.

Just lost £150. Its criminal that these individuals are allowed to advertise on Facebook and Instagram.
I will not rest till i get my money back.

We ordered on February 16th, two shipments to Canada and one to the US. None of us have received our orders and the tracking number does not work. This is a SCAM. Instagram: It is shameful that you are advertising illegal business conduct.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and sent an email to their customer service 5 seconds after I ordered, asking them to kindly help me change this. A whole week later and I finally got a reply that said ”Well received :)”. Nothing else. (???????) I started to feel uneasy and tried to track my order. It does not even seem to exist. In sum: SCAM. Save your time and money!

This website is a scam. I lost $70 buying a product that never got delivered. They don't respond to their emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will be ensuring they are removed from the web. SCAM SCAM SCAM website

ordered from them on the 18th feb, its now the 4th march and their tracking number still won't work/register there is a package at all. I have sent a strongly worded email to try and get my money back, I should have known better :/

Huge scam. Every bad review gets deleted. You'll notice this on Facebook and IG, that they don't have any comments/posts. Save your money.

i think this website may be a scam, all the comments on facebook and instagram says that they didnt recieve their order. but the comments get deleted often. they dont respont to their mails, and im pretty sure i just got scammed. do not buy from this website
