I purchased two simple man hats from Silodirect, when ordering I wanted a brown hat and the black and orange hat. I thought that was what I ordered. However the receipt was for 2 brown hats. I figured my mistake, I'll just deal with it. After purchasing it on August 8th, the receipt charged me $17.39 taxes on a $59.98 subtotal. 28% tax..and $3.00 insurance that is NO GOOD. That was the start.

Upon receiving my order after it traveled from SWEDEN to the US, it was packaged in a tear resistant bag from Gichael Licheal of Los Angels. The hats arrived Smashed on September 5th, deformed and looking nothing like the product I ordered. I contacted their support and stated my dis satisfaction in the product. The response I got was disturbing to me. Here's the reply I received.
No damage, just slight deformation.
Our warehouse has verified that there is no quality problem with your product.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 5 dollars .
Will that be acceptable?

Well that's great, but I can't even wear the hats they are so deformed. I'd have to take 3 hours to steam and shape the hat to be presentable. The hats are smashed, not just deformed, they were shipped in a plastic bag for gods sake. Not protected other than a cellophane bag they were in. I was charged Insurance but they did not state they would replace the hats but will issue me $5 out of "goodwill". What about taking them back and shipping ones that are not SMASHED. I didn't pay for a smashed hat. However, they believe their shipping method and quality is top notch and do not allow returns unless the support team reviews the issues and sends instructions. I guess they don't care about how your product looks when you receive it. It's a shame $75 gets me two worthless hats that can't even be worn and proud to wear. Therefore I give them 1 star because you have to at least rate them with 1.
So far it has just not been an acceptable transaction. 28 days and the product was poorly taken care of an handled by Silodirect and it's warehouse.
This is a Buyer Beware rating hoping you do not get the same treatment I have gotten as well as my shipment got.
