Do not use this company

My son ordered a chain on 28th April, it was too big we returned it and it was received back on the 3rd May, still waiting for a refund and it’s 22nd July and they have no record of the purchase to give a refund! Would definitely not use this company!

I Will never ever use this company…

I Will never ever use SILVADORE again. I’m a mother of 6 and after a hard year for us all, x3 family bdays in Nov and Xmas on top I ordered a £40 necklace as a gift! The photo has obv had the links pushed closer together making the chain look nice, heavy a quite expensive. However the reality is the links are further apart and look like a cheap plug chain! I received my parcel 17th Dec 2020 and returned it with a record of the post office receipt 19th Dec. Having heard nothing by beginning Jan 2021 I have contacted them numerous times to be told they haven’t received it yet, due to covid their returns are taking longer to which now they’re completely ignoring every email I’ve sent them! I’m absolutely gutted as bdays and Xmas are hard enough for me as it is and for them now not to honour my refund I will tell anyone and everyone to please save your money as their 60 day money back means absolutely nothing when you try get it back. I’m now without the chain (thank god) but sadly also £40 down. Update no better! Had email finally from silvadore saying the young lady who dealt with my case no longer worked for them so if I took my review down they’d reimburse me £40. I replied with “once I’ve received my refund I’ll re do an appropriate review for the new service I was hopefully to received. Funnily the young lady who supposed to have left the company then replied back to my email and 4 months on I’ve still received nothing. I definitely have given this company the review they deserve
