The bottle is awesome but more importantly the customer service is better! I emailed them every question I had, really took me step by step and very quickly responded.. so why the 4 stars and not 5 you ask?

I really don't like the lid, it makes this scratching metal noise each time I open and close the bottle with it, and yes actually scratching the metal where your lips there drinking.. so definitely a downside

I talked with the customer service abd they send me a new bottle with no cost as they were approving it to be some kind of defect, but then again, the new bottle has the same feature..

In the end I found that my (hydroflask) plastic lid is compatible with this bottle (wide lid) so I am using it instead and it works fine!

Dents and bends easily. Took it on a trip with the kiddos and it bent getting banged around on the underside of the stroller. Doesn’t seal anymore.

To my horror after 4 years of literally daily abuse my water bottle sprung a leak. SilverAnt's lifetime warranty is legit and they replaced it without any questions.

Theirs are the kind of products that are designed to be used, and used hard. They draw eyes and start conversations. Since buying my water bottle I've had to go back and buy more several times... because my relatives keep requesting them as gifts...

Products class of execution is very high. Price is also very good. Requests to the producer were answered quickly and satisfying. Wonder, why SilverAnt is not available in classical stores in Europe.

Love the shot glasses. Very well made. Shipping from China can be an adventure. Had to be reshipped due to a problem at Customs. Don't be in a hurry, but SilverAnt always takes care of it though.

These absolutely blew me away. I discovered this brand after an extensive search for the water bottle that would hold the most water. Silverant's 1500ml came out as a clear winner and I was not disappointed when I received it. I have since then ordered 2 of the sport 750ml which I use as my daily driver and I have also ordered cook sets and utensils. It's CLEAR this company is in control of their products unlike most of the competition. The quality and attention to detail is CLEAR! So glad I discovered this brand. I'm a lifetime customer for sure.

And last thing. Their customer service is BEYOND anything else. The respond quick, and are respectful and kind people. This is a company worth your trust and your business.

This is the ultimate camping mug. Ultra lightweight and tough as than you could ever ask. Also, there are sporks and sporks, this is the ultimate spork. Total quality material and put together with simplistic perfection that you know will match any adventures small and large. Having these in you pack, you will never know it is there, but over joyed every time you reach for them.

I love the design, they are functional and well built.
There was only one occasion when I had the slightest issue with a new product. The 3rd party seller was very unhelpful, refusing to fill their legal obligation. However, the SilverAnt customer service stepped in and resolved the issue quickly.
A real great company!

I ordered a 700ml sport bottle and the neoprene sleeve started ripping at the handle after 2 weeks of fairly light use. The threads on this bottle are horrendous go twist and very loud, very high friction. There is a coating that wears off every time you open and close the bottle that will result in a black/grey powder/dirt that wipes off from the mouthpiece with every clean. It’s gotten slightly better but the grittiness on the threads is still very tough and loud. I am hoping it gets a lot quieter as use goes on. For $100 bottle and the sleeve to rip so fast is quite dissapointing. I emailed asking for a replacement so we will see what happens but I doubt that anything will come of it. Be very weary when purchasing from Silverant. They ship their “US” products from china and also lost my original order when I ordered through them on Amazon.

(UPDATE) my sleeve ripped on my bottle after 2 weeks and I emailed support for replacement and they decided to send me 2! Replacement sleeves for my trouble. Excellent customer support, I will be using this bottle a very long time and it’s very comforting knowing the customer experience has your back. 4/5

This is a great company with some of the best customer service people I've ever dealt with! I ordered the titanium chopsticks which are great! They'll be great in my backpacking gear can't wait to hit the trail!!

you’ll thank yourself for buying the 750ml ultralight cup because it’s the only cup you’ll ever need! whether your 10 miles into the back country or comfortably car camping, this is the cup for everything! it’s super lightweight and antimicrobial so it’s easy to carry and clean for backpacking. i used it for coffee, rinsed, and then made my oatmeal in the same cup! it was also helpful to have such a large pot to cook in while car camping! i only had to heat up one pot of water and i was able to fill up my entire french press! This pot allows me to heat up my water more efficiently so i don’t have to wait long for my morning coffee and the easy clean up means i can also get on with my day and adventures even faster! i highly recommend this cup!

I recently purchased the Silverant 750ml Titanium Cup with Nail Lid and I have to say that my camping supplies just got better with this addition. As a Titanium pot, it is durable, lightweight, and heats up water faster than my previous stainless-steel pot. While camping on my backpacking stove, I love being able to make coffee and freeze dried meals in it.  Love the lid on this, it just very practical and great for straining noodles with its few holes in the top . The only thing I would change is the ergonomics of the handle, but it wasn't a big deal. I will be purchasing more of these SilverAnt Titanium products to upgrade my camping experience, since I mainly backpack and always need lightweight items.

Customer service has been great both times I emailed them on different items. Sean came back right away and gave knowledgeable tips and suggestions. You can get replacement parts from them online through resellers or direct so you're not buying something only to be discarded when you can't fix it like so many other things lately.

Got this 750ml titanium to add to my new Rucksack first off i like the weight of it most of my stuff is heavy so this will help on my hikes and backpacking trips . I like that it has a pale on it so i can hang it over a fire for cooking and simmering . Also the lid stays on good and has holes for straining noodles or other food items. I have a few pictures and will add more after my camping trip.

I bought this cup before a weekend hiking and camping trip and I used it for all my drinking and smaller cooking needs. The cup is so light it's great for a day out backpacking. This cup not only looks awesome but it kept all my cold drinks ic6y cold and my coffee and soup nice and hot. It's the perfect size to boil up a one person meal of soup or noodles. I love this thing!! Would recommend the company and will be buying and using more products from them!

SilverAnt's Ultralight 750 ML Cup afforded me a practical, enjoyable and lightweight backpacking experience on my first trip of the year. My previous go-to pot weighed in at about 14 ounces. I was really happy with this water bottle. The lid fits tight and doesn't leak and the ergonomics are great. The bottle is very lightweight, but the cap still feels sturdy and solid. The texture of the titanium also gives a very good grip to the cap. I was not planning on using the sleeve that came with it, but I ended up keeping it on. It fits tight and does not slip around, it also makes it fit really well in my cup holder.

I am hoping this bottle will be a nice companion for me for a long time. It's sleek and simple look makes it something you can bring on the trail, into the gym and to the office.

I recently purchased the SilverAnt titanium 2 piece cookware set for a winter hot tenting trip I went on. This was my first real cook set made of titanium so I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about the metal other than I knew it was strong and I’d heard from a friend that SilverAnt was a really good brand. I absolutely love this cookware set. Not only is it strong enough to take the abuse of being in a backpack or a sled, it’s also super lightweight. The pot and pan are large enough to cook a good camp meal in without being so big that they take up too much space in your pack. They clean super easy, which is perfect for being out in the woods. Since then, I’ve used it on multiple other camping trips and it’s my favorite cooking gear. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this kit. SilverAnt definitely makes a great product and I highly recommend this set.
