Ordered 6 charms for my granddaughter on 21st April. Her birthday is today. Says preparing order. I have sent emails with no response. Avoid.

Second time of ordering -1st time had…
Second time of ordering -1st time had no issues, charms were good value although the order took longer than expected but was Xmas period.
2nd time of ordering- different story, no confirmation of order or posting. Contacted several times by live chat and received no answer. Looked on the web to make further contact and the website had shut down. Raised issue with bank who are looking into it and paid me a temporary refund.
Heard today that Sp Silver charms have disputed my bank refunding me. Looked on the website today and it looks like they are setting up a new one. Beware if your ordering from them.

Charm doesn’t fit
Charm doesn’t fit on Pandora bracelet. It was a gift for my daughter’s birthday. Hole is far too small.
Sent emails several times and completed the contact form and no response whatsoever!! Very disappointed! Quick to take your money but can’t even respond to messages!
