Silverfishes 

Purchased the steam mop last year (June) it failed two weeks later (blew up). Have spent the intervening time emailing Silverfishes filling in return forms all to no avail, this company is a scam I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from SILVERFISHES. Like all his other customers you will discover to late and Mr SILVERFISHES will have your money with no redress.

Don't shop with this company they don't deliver,and don't reply to emails.They are linked to gogoopie so be careful?They are not worth rating

Living social deal....put in code,but charged full price!! No contact from silverfishes,despite many,many attempts.living social not much better_washing their hands of the matter. Why are the pol ice not investigating these companies?

I did a deal through living social for dishwasher tablets, after 30 days no delivery so chased through their website, contact number on paypal account, email account on paypal and not a single response back. I chased via paypal and living social, after the threat of legal action the tablets were finally delivered, the boxes were crushed tablets damaged. living social were next to useless for resolving this problem, use this company at your own risk.....but i won't be going back to them ever.

Ordered from this awful company via Living Social over two months ago. Waste of time them having an email address or phone number as they totally ignore both. Living Social said the Dishwasher Tablets had been despatched three weeks ago and to allow 14 working days for delivery. Those 14 days are up today so will be calling Living Social tomorrow. Living Social are still selling goods from this firm! Avoid!

bought a deal (for dishawasher tablets) through 'living social' in early may.
2 months on, no delivery - and no reply to any of my emails.
I use the word fraudulent because when you give someone money for goods and they don't send you the goods then they have committed fraud .- they will be getting a visit from trading standards.
And from me!

I would rate this company -1. What a complete waste of time. Bought Battleships Live from this company through Mighty deals, well don't know who is worse but this person does not answer any emails. This game was faulty although returned with tracking details showing as delivered he is refusing to give me a refund. I think his products are seconds or faulty!
Been a complete waste of time and money! His details if anyone is interested are below also will be reporting him to Trading standards after today if I don't get my money;
