So many problems
So many problems.
They sent the shipment (from South Africa to the USA) without phyto. They forgot, they said.
The USDA found Bean weevil on the seeds.
Silverhill Seeds tried to blame us for this!
They fought us on the Paypal claim. They obviously didn't win because we had official documentation from the USDA that they found a pest.
If they admitted their mistakes and didn't fight the claim we could have been a lifelong customer. Their behaviour was outrageous.
Silverhill Seeds is unreliable and unprofessional to say the least.
