Had to contact customer service due to an issue where my delivery address had defaulted to some random one which was invalid.
Spencer was amazing, he sorted the issue out and despite it not being anyone’s fault, just some glitch in the system, has shipped the order out again which should hopefully arrive before Christmas. Silver Rain will now be my go-to for gifts though I’ll be keeping a close eye on the shipping details. Thank you all and Merry Christmas.

My daughter and I have ordered numerous times from this website and we are always delighted with the earrings and quality. Always despatched speedily and a great price for the lovely quality. I did have an issue with my last order. The first time I wore the earrings I was taking them off and one of the posts snapped off. This has never happened before with any of the jewellery I’ve purchased from silver rain before. I contacted customer services and Emma was delightful and arranged for replacements asap. Delighted as I now have my new favourites and this pair is fine. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful earrings I received the other day. Bought for birthday and Christmas presents. Delivery was quick too. They quickly resolved and issue with my delivery that was not their fault. Really happy with the service. Their communication with me was excellent.

I ordered two pairs of earrings for gifts. Delivery was taking longer than expected so I emailed for help and I got a very quick and helpful reply from Chloe - turned out I didn’t need the help as they were delivered that day (entirely due to Royal Mail not Silver Rain for the delay). I’m very happy with the earrings and hope the recipients will be too!

Honestly my favourite jewellery online store. I’m in love with their little silver stud earrings and I’ve bought several pairs. From their little zircon studs to their cute little enamel hearts, all made to a superior standard and quality. And their little animal earring are simply adorable!! So cute and such amazing detail.
Their delivery is really quick and it comes in a cute velvet pouch so ideal for gifting too!

Only discovered Silver Rain recently but they have a huge range of cute earring designs. I ordered from Etsy and everything arrived on time and was just as I expected. All very fairly priced and each item is packed in its own little velvet pouch. I’ll be back to order more, as gifts and for myself!

I was having trouble finding cute silver earrings to replace my plain sleepers that weren't poor quality metal, or way out of my budget (with 3 sets of lobes as well as 2 cartilage piercings I had a lot to replace).
Found this seller on etsy and they had absolutely everything I was looking for, as well as a sale on their own site. My order arrived in less than a week despite shipping to Australia from the UK, and I'm obsessed! The tormaline is so cute, and I love having pink heart shaped earrings. Thank you!!!

Ordered 3 pairs of earrings on Wednesday this week and they arrived on Saturday. They are beautiful! Small but not delicate and absolutely perfect, I couldn’t be happier!
