I ordered a Darth Vader mug for $35 and what I received was not even close to what I ordered!!! We have gone back and forth now probably 10 times now asking for a refund and I would return the product!! All I get is stories which mean nothing and they keep wanting more information! Never ever again!!!!!!

Sent me something that I could have made myself and it actually looked worse than if I would have done it myself. Highly overpriced and garbage....I legit was embarrassed to give it to the person I bought it for so I threw it away.

Do not buy from here! Products is not what is pictured. I ordered Disney friends mugs. Picture shows charms of Disney characters hanging off a gold banner. No charms dangling just pictures painted on the mug.

False advertising, scam artist.

They embellish the picture to make it look amazing and what you get is crap.

Did not send any tracking info. They do not answer phone calls or return them. Emailing them gets a generic reply. Zero customer service..

I never received my order….the tracking number was no good, and I tried twice to contact them and never received an answer. I will be stopping payment and reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered Mickey and Minnie personalized throw pillows for a gift. When they were received I got a phone call saying that they were literally printed pictures applied to cheap fabric instead of the textured, fluffy pillows shown on the ad. Total scam company.

Utter scam, not answering emails and phones. Asked for a refund as ordered on Oct 13th 2025, delivery expected by Nov 2nd 2025. Still waiting. Tracking looks like it’s is still in China. This is not a U.S. company even though it makes it look

Fake AI photos. Actual items are cheap quality screen prints, but AI images look like they are embroidered. Sweater came USED with stains on the front and sleeve. Requested a return and awaiting a response.

I wish I read this reviews before ordering. I bought a statue and they didn’t send it to me. No body answered me and their phone numbers are not working. Don’t make a mistake and order from this website.
I don’t recommend them, don’t waste your money. Their rating score is 0.

This company is an absolute scam. The “Star Wars glass” they advertise looks like it should be a premium, laser-engraved collectible. Instead, what I received was a cheap, ordinary glass with nothing but a lousy sticker stuck on it. This is blatant false advertising and a complete rip-off. The product is worthless, misleading, and nothing like the pictures. Avoid SilverPrints at all costs — they are dishonest and should be ashamed of selling garbage like this.

If I could give this less then a 1 I would. This place is a total scam. I ordered what looked like a Disney globe for my anniversary and what I got was an acrylic copy and a cheap on at that for 60 dollars. When I inquired for a refund or some kind of compensation because the picture of what I ordered is NOT what I received at all there is zero customer service or any kind of response. I put in a request to my credit card for a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because of it being a discrepancy in pictures but I received the products and an authorized purchase my credit card couldn’t help. Again this place is a total scam. Don’t do it.

Appalling bad product quality at an equally extortionate price. You're paying about TEN TIMES what you should be given the product quality

I ordered a tie with my granddaughters names on lightsabers. The words are so small, you can barely read them. It's garbage. Avoid buying from this store.

The descriptions are accurate, but they're counting on you to glance over things, not read closely. The photos aren't outright lies, but they are deceptive.

Just like everyone else is mentioning. You do not receive what is shown in the pictures. They completely misrepresent what you will receive and hide behind the statement: • Attention: The products are beautifully crafted flat prints, featuring vibrant colors and sharp details that create a 3D-like effect. They are not embossed, textured or raised.

Absolute garbage for what you receive a cheap plexiglass covering over a picture.

Completely disappointed for what was intended to be a nice Mothers Day figurine for my wife.

The item was ok but it was definitely a misrepresentation of what is in the picture. It isn’t 3D like shown. It’s a flat print.

False advertising. The photo they show on their website is a complete misrepresentation of what you actually got. I ordered a little Darth Vader statue for father's day and it came as a simple flat plastic printout with a picture on the back. It also 3 weeks after it was ordered along with being covered in stickers that won't come off.

Ordered a gift for my husband. What I received was not the same as shown when ordering. Have emailed three times about getting it redone. I received an reply initially and now nothing. Have emailed a couple more times and they don't reply. Just one huge scam. Don't waste your money on anything through these guys.

I wish I could rate them lower but I guess one star is the best I can do. I ordered the Mickey and Minnie Mouse figurine as a surprise for my fiancée but when I ordered it I wasn’t expecting to be scammed I have waited weeks for my shipment to arrive and even left a feedback email to the company which got me nowhere, I still haven’t received my package and it’s been three weeks since I got the email stating my package is being shipped, so I’ll be reporting it as fraudulent since reading everyone else’s comments seems to answer most of my questions about this company.
