Legitim aber langsamer Support

Der Shop ist meines Erachtens nach echt und kein Betrug. Warum ich dennoch nur 3 Sterne vergebe?

Ich wollte ein Lenkrad von ihnen bestellen, welches überall sonst ausverkauft gewesen ist.
Ich habe am 22. September meine Bestellung aufgegeben. Dann war erst einmal drei Wochen Funkstille.

Im Endeffekt habe ich ein E-Mail von ihnen erhalten, dass sie aktuell Probleme mit dem System hätten und der Lagerbestand nicht gestimmt habe. Mein Geld habe ich rückerstattet bekommen, allerdings habe ich mich etwa eine Woche nach der Bestellung per E-Mail an ihren Support gewendet, doch die Antwort habe ich erst bekommen, als mir mitgeteilt wurde dass eben ein Fehler im System sei. Der Support ist also meiner Erfahrung nach nicht der schnellste.
