Living past middle age means your body has taken the journey. Starting with a SIMBA coach , is reframing the journey, respecting limitations, and helping make healthy changes. I like it .
Had initial good support and suggested menu for a week. Also had ideas of how to widen my social contact. Nothing since so not sure how you really work or what I’ve paid for. Am doing my own thing now with eating healthily and have lost 5 lbs
