The car we hired was just perfect for 2 people. It was cute, gutsy and so easy to drive. We had a wonderful time driving through the SW of WA.

A small vehicle with great economy which is good in the current situation. Customer service is good too.

Super easy pickup, no fuss. The car was clean and I enjoyed driving it. Drop off was also super easy with no fuss. The complimentary shuttle bus to the airport was great too.

Cheap prices

It was a smooth process, both collecting the car and dropping it off. The shuttle to and from the airport was essential.

Wipers were so out of date you couldn’t see where you were going. Wipers vibrated constantly making it beyond annoying and dangerous.

They requested car to be filled with 98 unleaded even though manufacturers instructions state 91 is fine!

Tires were greatly under inflated

No early drop off available if you have an early flight! Have to arrange your own transport

Never using again

The pick up and drop process way easy, lovely reliable car. The only thing was I was not made aware that insurance doesn't cover you to drive in certain locations at sunrise and sunset due to kangaroos until I had paid for the hire. For paying for daily insurance you should covered anywhere. Otherwise good experience overall.

The message in Sydney for shuttle pick up at domestic airport needs updating.
Waited one and half hours for shuttle pick-up on arrival. Office were told of arrival time and could get through to the office.

A very enjoyable experience. Super helpful staff, easy to make changes, very friendly. The car we drove was great. I highly recommend Simba. I will definitely use them again.

What I loved the most is that they didn’t try and upsell the expensive insurance. It’s a really poor way to start a holiday when car hire places guilt you into buying the extra insurance. I didn’t get any of that. It was so nice.

Friendly staff

The staff was super helpful and friendly and the car was in a really good condition highly recommended if anyone coming to Perth.
