I ordered my first album from SIM recently and delivered it to my client this week. They were blown away by the quality!

Amanda talked me through every step of the album production - I had a few questions - and sent me proof prints of three of the pages before it went to production.

I have visited SIM Imaging and seen the care that goes into their products - so I knew that I would be delivering a quality product to my client.

Quality is great. I am very pleased with it. However, the SIM software for designing the albums is old-fashioned: The app needs an update to this millennium. It would benefit (new) users, if the pricing and options were somehow simplified, too. I needed to call a few times to understand everything I needed and I always got through quickly and got help I needed - thank you. I will come back to SIM, when albums are ordered from me though, due to the quality - and thankfully I now remember again how to use the software.
