Terrible experience, unprofessional customer service never get back to customers.

This company is a fraud, stopped my esim 14 days eariler than it was supposed to and left me without data coverage on my last few days in lebanon.

Shop somewhere else, companies like this must bankrupt and disappear

I hate this application

We bought a sim few months ago, it worked. Few days ago, we bought another one but it does not work. The support team does not provide any help. Be careful do not use this company.

Please be careful. I highly recommend not to use Simly. They provide fictitious esim. I bought one to be used in Lebanon, but it does not work. The support team does not answer to my messages. They are not professional.

We bought sim the first time it worked but the second time it didnt we bought it another time and still no service plus no refunds!

I purchased a Simly eSIM and was never able to use their service. Despite contacting support, they refused to refund my money. As a traveler, this was extremely frustrating and left me without the reliable internet I needed.

Travellers: stay away from Simly. Their service is unreliable, and they don’t stand behind their product.

Simply doesn’t work - and when you tell them it’s not working, they simply don’t answer. Don’t buy Simly, waste of time and money

This SIM card is horrible. I barely had data whilst my 2 friends had full data pretty much everywhere we went. Don’t use this eSIM

Simly.io not work and you cannot Buy Now from website, but only from app.
Payment ONLY by card, and PayPal not accepted just to not be able to request refund.

Good luck if you have a problem. Worst, most unprofessional customer service imaginable

This is a f* disaster. I paid 3GB of internet, never to be activated, never used. They responded on WhatsApp, they are clueless and useless. Terrible experience, especially because internet means so much when you travel. What a disappointment.

This company is unprofessional. After I bought 2 eSIMs, and before I activated them, my account disappeared. I contacted them via WhatsApp, but they did nothing. They simply stole my money. Incredible.

Worst company ever. Bought a sim for the Netherlands and it stopped working on the second day while I was on the streets. Tried to talk to them and they wanted me to do some basic troubleshooting with them which was totally nonsense. Their customer support was very unprofessional, unhelpful and slow. Never getting an esim from them and already deleted the app.

Don't use your cards due to serious security concerns. The app seems unreliable and potentially unsafe.

Paid for 5 gigs, not easy to set up when overseas could not get it to work. Ended up getting a local sim.

Service is absolute crap. Doesn’t even work paid for 10gig. Tried to get help to see why it hasn’t work. No one has responded. Absolute bloody rip off.

The worst company in the world, they rely on lying by dealing with customers.
