I’ve been invested with SIMM Capital…

I’ve been invested with SIMM Capital since October 2023. I’m extremely happy with my decision to invest with them. They have honored every single month ( 36 months & counting) the 10% preferred dividend. It’s like clockwork, every 15th of the month, I receive an email advising my monthly dividend will be ACH’d into my account.

The entire SIMM Capital team is always on point! Mat Simmons, Jason Emerick & Tim Moulton deserves 10 stars!!

Most importantly, I trust these guys with my money!!! They deserve my respect & admiration.

I highly recommend anyone thinking of investing with SIMM Capital to do so without any hesitation!!!

They do what they say!!!

They do what they say, when they say they will (usually even sooner)

Thry have provided my monthly 10% return every single month since I joined the fund over four years ago.

Mat Simmons is an absolute subject matter expert in his field and works tirelessly on behalf of all of the limited partners.

The fund has had to pivot over the last few years as subsidized housing has become more problematic based on governmental intervention, and Mat has adjusted ahead of that curve to keep providing us our promised preferred return.

My highest recommendation without question!
