Boots were faulty. Customer Services not great. Takes an age to reply, doesnt read emails properly, ignores evidence sent 3 times. I wont shop with them again

My package was lost and I received the best customer service to help locate my package. Though unsuccessful, I was had the best customer experience throughout the process. I was regularly updated, response time was prompt and helpful, and customer service went above and beyond to attempt to locate my parcel. It was the best customer experience I’ve ever received!!

I bought heels from here for my birthday. The heels was so wobbly , and poorly made. I could not walk in them as you should be able to. They was so wobbly , I fell on my face on my birthday( i was the. Shoeless for the rest of the night. When contacting simmi , all they said was “you have worn them so you can't,return them” no acknowledgment of anything else. I am extremely disgusted, with this company. Avoid avoid avoid.
i accidently ordered size 7 shoes instead of 5 and lexie was wbsolutely amazing help and answered within 5 minute

My order was shipped quickly. When my shoes arrived they were well packaged, with a SIMMI bag but came with a few fault. I sent an email to their customer service with photos, and the response was in good timing, the issue was dealt with quickly (quicker than I was expecting). Great customer service from Harmony.
4 stars for this particular order but other than this I’ve never had any issues with previous purchases and will be ordering again.

I emailed them to let them know their product is cheap and here is their reply

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Simmi Shoes and feel compelled to share my negative encounter. Not only did my order fail to arrive at the correct address, but the company's response to rectify the situation has been highly unprofessional.
Despite opening a police report to document the issue, Simmi Shoes has consistently refused to cooperate and has displayed a complete lack of responsiveness. Their blatant disregard for customer concerns is evident in their complete silence, as they have chosen to ignore my numerous emails seeking a resolution.
The lack of communication and refusal to take responsibility for their mistake is not only frustrating but also highlights their utter disregard for customer satisfaction. I expected better service from a company that claims to prioritize its customers.
I strongly advise potential shoppers to exercise caution before engaging with Simmi Shoes. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to address customer issues leaves much to be desired. I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for others who may consider doing business with this company.

one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had. As a first-time customer, I won't ever order from here ever again.
I originally ordered from this place on the 22nd of June 2023 to deliver to NL. only to be told that my parcel failed to deliver due to DPD courier issues. (i don't know why they keep collaborating with this company). To be told that my parcel will be sent back to Simmi and only then they'll issue me a refund when they receive it.
Their support team then told me after expressing what happened to my order, that they don't do re-sends and I could re-order again, so I did for next-day delivery on the 28th but to the UK even that was a mess (should never put in faith the second time), DPD is by far the worst. I waited the whole day for the parcel to come only for then to be told "attempted delivery" twice. when there was no one by my door?
Overall, it was such a bad experience & when I finally got my parcel 1 1/2 week later, I was over it and went to return it. Such a waste since I initially wanted it to be delivered as a birthday gift for my partner.
I also knew it was a super red flag when on the returns policy it states they would deduct 2.50 for a returns label....?? PLEASE. Avoid at all costs, rather spend your money such as PLT, at least they refund you when an item is missing or faulty and actually deliver on time.

Bought the ignite stiletto diamanté heels for prom haven't even worn them out yet and the fabric has come unglued and the diamantés have fallen off. Super tight on the bottom band and uncomfortable even just wearing for 10 minutes to try an stretch them out leaves huge red marks. Wouldn’t recommend for heels.

the quality of the shoes are appalling, all diamontee’s are glued on, when I wore my heels for the first time you could see the glue peeling. honestly shocked as I spent almost $500 and not satisfied as a consumer.
