My daughter was traveling abroad in Europe, and I did not know how to go about getting her set up with an eSIM. The team at Simology was extraordinarily helpful when I contacted them via email. They responded with step-by-step instructions, walking me through the whole process. Additionally, when it came time to “top up” her plan, I ran into some issues. When I emailed customer service again, they responded Immediately and took care of it without my having to do anything else. We are very happy with the eSIM, and the customer service has been wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve used Simology eSIM several times for trips to Belgium, Malaysia and the USA, and I’ve been really impressed with the service every time.

I was amazed how easy it was to buy an eSim and really cheap. It was a smooth experience and I can recommend it.

Simple to use and excellent connection. I use simology for my business trips to India , uk, thailand as well as Europe from canada. The price is affordable. Value for money.

I tried contacting the helpdesk via WhatsApp and nobody answered. Then I tried to send a email. Nobody answered.
I will never buy here again!
The ESIM is activated by time of the purchase via app. Since I bought it before my trip it won't be valid until the end. Also it showed me the price in EUR at the checkout and i got charged in USD. Very bad customer service.

I normally buy esim with another company but decided to try simology for a change. Did not connect contacted customer care who never replied. Useless.

Best thing introduced. Used to on my trip to multiple European cities. Delivers what it promises and for the price you pay it worth it. Will definitely use it again.

Its a scam. Whatapp bot escalates the matter each time however nothing happens. I sent multiple emailes no one replies. Scam!!! Do not use it to buy eSims.

Fantastic decision I made.

I had a need of their service while I was in Canada. Used it and I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed by the quality of their service.
I would recommend to everyone.
I will be using their services in October again.

The price is cheap for a reason. The data packages on the surface look good value for money, but the throttling is so severe they hardly work at all. When they do work, they crawl at such a slow space, and anything intensive or video related is just pointless.

It is a scam site half of the information dont work they say on the website it works in bosnia. But it isnt. No response to the emails. The ai whats up agent say it started the money refund but i never get it. It is a scam!

No connection in a big city like Göteborg, Sweden. No support. Don't buy.

Still got the bill for data usage from my own provider after following all instructions by Simology.
