Never arrived

Ordered 3 items and got a confirmation email only to be followed by an email saying there has been an issue with the payment and it hadn't gone through so received a refund. A few days later I ordered a bracelet in the sale,after a week and still no bracelet I got in touch,only to be told that all the items sent first class had gone missing and that they would "probably have to issue a refund" not entirely sure why they couldn't let me know,after a few days of hearing nothing with regards the refund I again sent them an email to be told that they were sorry and that they would issue the refund,again not quite sure why I had to send them an email,I'm now waiting for the refund. I won't be bothering again.

Button Cufflinks

I would like to express my thanks to Simon Carter for the cufflinks I ordered. They arrived the day after ordering, which considering was a free delivery is brilliant. The packaging kept the box from being damaged and the quality of the cufflinks inside is fantastic. I will definitely be purchasing from Simon Carter again.

Excellent customer service

Needed a new strap for my husband's watch. I contacted Simon Carter and was dealt with by Malcolm who provided all the information to order online.

Ordered the strap yesterday morning and it was delivered today.

Can't ask for better than that.

Best Customer Service

I work with many watch companies daily, looking for parts. I emailed the company and was responded to almost immediately, and with great results. The parts were available and shipped to me the next day!
I commend the staff and Malcolm Bell, the associate who helped us, for all their help in this transaction.

Looks great but poor quality!

I have bought Simon Carter shirts and accessories ( Men's bracelets) twice now and the first impression is of well designed, quality driven products. But from my experience the quality far from backs up the initial impression.
I have purchased both a leather skull bracelet which disintegrated within 6 months, the replacement multi skulls bracelet which I also had to pay the difference for despite my original dissatisfaction, has changed colour and now snapped. I neither possess acidic sweaty skin or am I heavy handed
with the jewellery, however they appear to be cheaply made. The shirts look great initially but soon show signs of wear and rubbing after just a few wearings.

Fantastic

I had ordered a pair of cufflinks and had pretty soon after saw another pair on the website which I preferred. Malcolm was quick to advise me on the best way forward and efficiently refunded the amount I paid for the first pair.

I look forward to further transactions in the future with Simon Carter.

Fantastic Customer Service

My husband received a pair of Simon Carter cufflinks as a gift 17 years ago. He loved them!! They were not only stylish they were unlike anything anyone else had. Then....I Lost Them....Noooooooooo...I immediately started searching for another pair he might like but nothing compared. Finally I went to the Simon Carter web site and found some pairs he might like.My order arrived quickly and the cufflinks are beautiful, nothing like the pair he loved but very nice. I emailed the company on the off chance they might have a stock of previous years styles. I know 17 years ago, good luck. Malcolm quickly emailed me back that there wasn't much chance but he would check. He asked me questions about the style and really went out of his way to locate them. He has been amazing. The fact that he would take the time for something with so little chance of success really means so much to me.

A brand of quality and good service

I have had my Simon Carter watch for 6 years now. The watch itself is unique in it's design and, like many of their other watches, is classy without being gaudy. The watch keeps good time. On an occasion when it appeared that the battery needed replacing I took it to the local branch of a specialist that deals with watches. Unexpectedly they tried telling me it might need a service and that this would cost me £59 and it would probably take a 5 - 6 weeks up at their head office! If I'm going to spend that much I think I'd rather have it looked at by the original manufacturer. So I contacted Simon Carter who recommended I send it to them which I duly did. They told me no 'service' was required, the battery was replaced, and they returned it to me by special delivery for the cost only of the battery which you would pay anywhere, and this was in the space of 1 week.

If my watch should ever break, and I doubt it will unless by fault of my own, I would not hesitate to purchase another. I highly recommend Simon Carter to anyone looking for understated sophistication and true customer service.

Customer Service beyond WORDS !!!

I was given a Simon Carter Mechanical / hand winding watch and knew little of it's heritage , so i sent of a message to Malcolm , he has given me lot's of his time to help me with the watch , amazing quality !!! amazing people !!! amazing brand.!!!. 100% i would recommend this company and it's products.. Incredible customer service

I was bought the Simon Carter wt1905 watch a year ago as a present (which is a lovely, understated watch). Unfortunately the spring came lose on occasions resulting in the strap coming off. After contacting SC Malcolm Bell had it all fixed rapidly. The problem then happened again much to my dismay.... however after contacting Malcolm he immediately offered an exchange or replacement, as it appears mine may have a slight defect. It's refreshing in this day and age for someone to get out of their way so much and so quickly to deal with a problem. Couldn't recommend them as a company any more.

Amazing service!

I've owned a number of Simon Carter items through the years - watches, cuff links, sunglasses and luggage. As a matter of fact, they've all held up well through the years and the duffel I own has survived over a decade and it is my "go to" item whenever I travel. Recently, the metal coupling the attaches the shoulder strap to the bag broke. I was hoping to buy a new strap but found none for sale on your website. I emailed customer service and heard back from Malcolm Bell. After I sent him photos of my bag, he searched everywhere for a replacement strap. And found one! Amazing above-and-beyond customer service from Malcolm. Thank you!!

Made my day.....

I called Customer Service hoping that they could help with a broken cufflink (husband's favourite) as I had no luck with several jewellers; within hours I had a really helpful reply and this morning a replacement cufflink arrived in the post. Husband is over the moon! If only all companies were like this to deal with! Thanks very much, especially to Malcolm!

First class

I recently sent my watch to Simon Carter to have the glass repaired, but 2 months later, I discovered that the USPS had lost the package and they required another month to investigate. When I informed Simon Carter's customer service of what happened, they told me that was unacceptable and replaced my watch with a new one within days. Their genuine concern for my satisfaction is something I had not experienced anywhere before. I would highly recommend Simon Carter products to anyone!

One of my favourites

I love Simon Carter products, on this occasion it was some earrings for my wife and she loved them.

My usual purchase are cufflinks - I love the designs, quality, wow factor and reliable service. Never had a bad experience!

Excellent and swift customer service response, even on a Sunday!

I ordered some quirky, unusual Flying Ducks cuff links for my son's birthday and was pleased to note a 10% off for new customers. However, for whatever reason, this discount didn't show at final payment. I sent an e mail and within minutes I received a polite response and the discount that should have happened, was manually refunded! All on a Sunday too! Very impressed and grateful too, making these beautiful cuff links even better value! Thank you.

Fantastic product and EXCELLENT service

I've purchased or been given several pairs of Simon Carter cufflinks and I have to say they are fantastic in both quality and detail. However I did have one pair of cufflinks that after a relatively small period of time started to fall apart, the response from Simon Carter was brilliant, they replaced the cufflinks with incredible speed.
