Bought an audio book version of Public Enemies which is my favourite book. It clearly states it should be a 6 hours listen but what I got was a 1 hours version! I’ve emailed them to tell them multiple time but there has been no reply. They obviously don’t care. Don’t buy from them.

I don't think we have ever received a correctly packed order. Constantly missing items out of our orders or packed so poorly we are receiving items with damage. They took over for National Book Network and it has been the worst downgrade I have experienced as a business manager. Pretty sad.

Money grabbing company. Will take your cash every month and make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL whilst content can only be described as basic poor, and unhelpful.
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Simon and schuster warehouse in Jackson tn is not a good place to work. Barely get days off even on holidays. the supervisor and everyone under him doesn’t cooperate correctly and always making everyone work extra for little pay

This company owns the Pimsleur language application and this review is directed at this application. The lesson portion of this language application is audio and there isn’t any closed captioning for the hearing impaired which makes it impossible to always understand what is being said. This has been brought up multiple times by their customers and the Pimsleur management team either doesn’t care, hopes this these complaints will just go away or simply just doesn’t care.

My 10 year old was reading the one there spy School books. (Spy School Goes North) It was one of his Christmas gifts he asked for sure to him building the collection. This is supposed to be for kids but this twisted company most likely a WOKE company decided that kids should read about LGBT.
So my son read half way through the book and stopped reading came told us that one of the girls had a CRUSH on one of the other girls. So I thank God for have a integral children because you adults@this company have none. He told us this and want to get rid of the book (Praise God).

The book of JFK JR written by RoseMarie Terenzio and Liz McNeil published by you’re company.
I am her to say all of you should be a shamed of yourselves. All this book is about how to make fun of JFK JR and his down falls. If his mother was a live today she would have made sure it did not get published. This book is all about making money not because the writers liked him or disliked liked him.
Everyone needs to go back to writing table and write something good to read that isn’t trashing good people for the money benefit.
I thought Simon Schuster was a respectable company this book proves they are not. I believe Mrs Kennedy worked at this company at one Time and this definitely is a betrayal of the respect that she deserves.

I went with Archway publishing because they are partners assignment in Schuster the entire experience has been a nightmare no longer interested in pitching my book to this company these people have no respect for customers they treat you like adept her instead they demand money but provide no service forcing you into a contract with them without giving you a refund after multiple payments yet no action on their end very disappointed in this company

This company is totally scam. They gave me a task of 100 pages of work on Ms Office. I done it very well and before the time period, they gave me 48 hours time to complete it. They used the PNC bank fake screenshot send me that we have transferred your $1500, but the transaction is pending due to you do not have our company I.D card. The charges of I.D card they were ask $100 immediately.
This company is doing scam with the innocent people who really do the online work. Please do not trust on this website or any other link of this company. And all these scams done from the Telegram. Thank you

They said they would give me 2000 pounds for the work, but when I finished and handed over the work to them, they said I had to pay 48 dollars in order to get my financial dues. Then they said I would transfer this amount to the Vodafone Cash number. When I contacted the number, he said he knew nothing about this. This company is the number of the person who told me I have to pay

I bought Leonardo Da Vincis biography. The binding on the book is so bad that it split into 3 pieces - did not expect that of a hardcover book

I did the job I was required to do successfully instead of paying me without any restrictions they wanted $100 to release my payment, how's that even possible because I've worked hard for the project. Company cant pay me my project it's fake and fraud company I daily message you company they cannot response. My project pending payment is $2600.
