I looked at the website, and signed in but they said I signed up for a free trail and click PayPal. (A) the website wasn’t for me so why would I sign up for a free trial and (B) I never pay for subscriptions of any kind by PayPal but they insist and took the higher amount. They knew I never went onto the site after my first initial foray. I wished I’d looked at the ratings first I would have avoided the site like the plague.
Refused to publish The Tyranny of Big…
Refused to publish The Tyranny of Big Tech book by Sen Josh Hawley. Awful publisher!
DID NOT GET WHAT I PURCHASED, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Awful website, worse customer support. I purchased an audiobook from Simon and Schuster, the part where they took my money worked fine, but there is no provision for downloading the audiobook file directly, the audiobook manger app S&S forced me to install to access my purchase will not let me login and now their website will not let me log in to my account either. I have sent multiple customer service requests to S&S to fix the probelm, then a request for a refund and I have recieved no response.
Simon and Schuster is hands down the worst e-commerce site I have ever dealt with, the total incompetence and ZERO customer service borders on being a scam website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Ordered by e-book, never got delivered and no answer from customer support!
I recently ordered a ebook from this site. I could see on my account that they have withdrawn the money from me. But the order isn't on the site or anywhere to find. I tried to contact them by email, and they didn't respond. I tried to phone their UK department, but they couldn't do anything, because its 2 different companies.
I do NOT recommend buying from this site, soo low support and fraud.
