I don't understand how this agency has so many good reviews here, because it was the worst real estate agency I have ever hired, I put my property up for sale there for 4 months and never received any offer on the property. Just later I realized there was a conflict of interest. Totally dishonest, 4 months wasted. AVOID at all costs!

All in all, I think this was a good experience.

I was anxious about ordering a wedding suit from an online company. The timings on turning the suit around were good and didn't cause me any worry. When I had to return the suit for alterations, the company made note of the wedding and expediated the work.

The quality of the suit is very good - I'm looking forward to wearing it. The trousers fit very well.

The company were professional, efficient and good to deal with.

We did send the suit back for an alteration, which was amended quickly enough and I think to be expected from an online service.

For future customers, I would like to see them reconsider how they ship the suits. The suit was bundled into a post bag and arrived very creased. The company were good about this and refunded £30, but it's just a baffling decision for any reputable suit company.

First of all, the attention I personally received from Jean Paul was great, very professional. On the other hand, the quality of the final product is very good. I highly recommend it! An excellent service offered by a new and innovative Company setting aside the trappings of conventional tailors to give better value to their customers. Very personal and attentive service from JP who carefully notes requirements and measurements in a relaxed atmosphere. The suits arrived promptly and were in good order apart from a minor alteration that was quickly attended to. So much so that I ordered a new sports jacket too !!! Recommended !

I ordered a couple of tailored Suits (Oxford Navy Wollen & Stanford Navy Overcheck) for my boyfriend some months ago.
The suits are of high quality and fit perfectly. Very good turnarounds, it took 3 weeks for our order to be ready.

An excellent service provided. The bespoke service was professional, friendly and thorough. I was impressed at the high level of customer care provided at each stage of the suit production. An excellent range of fabrics and additional details for my budget. At the second fitting the suit and overcoat was perfect and did not need any adjusting. I will be using Simon Sons & Co again!
