I haven’t received my order and iv emailed and messaged on instagram to get help locating my missing order without any response. On my shop app it says the order never made it to the United States.

Delivery was fast. Parcel was received in excellent condition. The product was easy to install and user friendly.

Sofie and Peter have sent me a great product along with a nice personal note. I have already tested the Baking Steel and can confidently say that it will make all the difference to your baking.

As for the product. Gloves are excellent 👌🏻 Nothing to say here.
Bread lame came in different color, but it does not affect its function. So overall – good product, like it.
As for the peel…I am really disappointed in the quality. It is not properly polished, so there are small sharp pieces of wood sticking out of it. It is not pleasant and rather dangerous. It was getting worse either

I really appreciate the service

I thought this was a decent company. There are happy customers but I’m not one of them. My £107 order was shipped to the UK and damaged, I was offered a refund of £36 to keep all the damaged items. I obviously declined then experienced the terrible way they deal with problems or not dealing with them. I sent back via tracked delivery which they said they did not receive, once reported I was told it was delivered 5 days previously. They then said items were missing although it was weighed at the post office showing all the items were there. They were badly damaged anyway so why anyone would want them I don’t know. I then had nothing but rude emails and a partial refund and told to claim off the delivery company the missing items. They would not claim damage from their original delivery and have been nothing but hostile since. I have every email to prove this. Finally I was refunded some more but not the £16 postage so am still out of pocket and told “stop emailing us and don’t bother shopping with us again”! Definitely avoid this company just in case you want to return anything, disgusting way to treat someone.

Although you sent the wrong thing to me, but now you have helped me solve the problem now. I am looking forward to the arrival of my things
