Really nice tiny webshop in the center of Copenhagen.
This is a very small webshop in the center of Copenhangen and Emma is a really nice person. You can have the order sent or you can collect in the office/storage place. While pick-up day is per default on Wednesdays, you can make arrangements if it does not fit you. I collected my coffee capsule this morning in the shop, had a really nice chat with Emma about her shop. I tried the capsule after lunch. It fits perfectly in my Inissia/Krups machine. Yay! The 1st coffee was a bit light. I'll have to figure out how to make it stronger. ;-)

Thanks for your review. Simpelt.dk is a webshop. We have small warehouse facilities and we're not a store. We use a lot of our resources on being able to have day-to-day delivery on almost all our web orders. As an extra service, we have made it possible to pick up packages, if you live nearby. We do not have the resources to have long opening hours several days a week.
The pick-up option is both free, completely optional, and when you choose the pick-up option the pick-up hours and day are informed. You are always welcome to write an email to us if the pick-up day doesn't fit your life. We're a small company, and we're always doing our best to make our costumers happy.

When it comes to customer service they bring their A game and answer fast and thorough with a useful response to your question.
I have bought many products so far and they are both sustainable/long lasting and totally worth the given price.
