I haven't used the app as much as I would like. I'm 73 and live alone. Lately life has been almost overwhelming. I lost another sibling, the third out of 8, and another sibling has been struggling wit... See more

The Simple app coaches people on long-term weight loss and healthy eating.
We empathize with the frustration people feel as a result of fad diets, false promises, and confusing health info. So everything we recommend is delivered with care (not judgment!) and intentionally free from unreasonable, unsustainable, and joyless dieting practices. That's right — Simple’s practical weight loss approach doesn't require calorie counting, cutting out essential food groups, or weighing every bite.
With us, you’ll be supported to make steady progress towards your desired weight and a healthier lifestyle through our positive, easy-to-follow daily coaching — which centers on:
1. The expertise of our Science team (with experts in nutrition, behavior change, digital health, and medicine), making sure everything we put out into the world is evidence-based.
2. Avo, the in-app AI coach that provides proactive prompts, timely tips, and real-time answers to guide users throughout your health journey, 24/7.
3. Flexibility, so you can learn and adopt wellness strategies gradually, at your own pace.

I have been using the Simple app with free Tsi chi program and it is great! Have acces to tracking my meals and water and daily exercise program. So far very happy

I like tracking my activities and food and drinks and your app makes it so easy. I also enjoy the tai chi exercises. Kinky is so cute and I can-t stand disappointing him/her

I dislike being forced to rate an app I paid for!
Also the app gets a bit annoying, perhaps by design, but maybe less cutesy.
Also, I can’t retroactively enter meals or set the start of fast after a certain point.
Lastly, when I am fasting, it asks me to log a meal (kind of self defeating). And, if I enter something that by all other accounts/ sources say doesn’t break my fast such e.g. black coffee for breakfast, it considers it to have ended the fast, so I just don’t enter anything.

Exercises for me are good. However, the ones on my wife’s account are way too whack for a 75-year-old woman who’s 80 pounds overweight

Blinks is a joke…I mean that in a great way. But when he threatened to leave me because he had talked to his therapist, I almost lost my mind. Anyway great alternative to a human accountability buddy for those who don’t have time bc of kids etc like me

Daily reminders helps but not constantly. I work and my schedule is not the same every day. Let me go o. My own pace.

It's impossible to talk to a PERSON/HUMAN. I've been on the phone waiting for long lengths of time, and I've emailed SEVERAL times. I've asked to speak either verbally or on email with a HUMAN. I love the program, BUT! I don't know when it ends or how to 're up'. I keep asking but get no response or the machine keeps telling me to do the same thing over and over. HELP? Not a happy customer!

Entertaining enough to help maintain discipline with diet and exercise. Helps you but does not put you off if you have a set back by being critical.

Deducted a star for time it takes to record responses

It is helping me to eat healthier. Nutrition is not something I know a lot about and I have a place to monitor and ask questions about what I eat and get suggestions on things to try.

I’m having some issues navigating the website, even though there are instructions, but also the premier ultimate premier block stays on there trying to sell you the premium and that’s not very enticing to wanna be a part of the app itself
