Throughout the entire experience, Leanne demonstrated kindness, empathy, and unwavering support. She patiently guided us through the necessary steps and timelines, ensuring we felt informed each step of the way. Leanne showed great respect and care when looking after my mum, and when it was time for the final farewell, she transported her with dignity. She made it possible for our family to participate in carrying mum during the service and delivered a beautiful tribute to her life. Leanne was by my brother’s side and mine as we shared our eulogy and poem, offering invaluable encouragement. Her meticulous attention to detail contributed to a seamless celebration, and those personal touches left a lasting impression on us. From initially contacting Simple Cremations to receiving my father’s ashes they have been nothing but professional. Leanne clearly cares about you and the deceased and explained the process very clearly and made everything stress free at a very sad time . Highly recommended.

For those of us that would like a direct cremation, a simple cremation was perfect for us. Leanne came to our home and was so personable and still makes your loved one feel very special and cared for in her care. You get your own date and time and can be within your own thoughts and memories at the time. Your loved one’s ashes are returned to your home with care and love from Leanne. I cannot thank and recommend her enough.

My mum didn't want any fuss, just a simple send off. Nothing religious or too OTT. Leanne talked me through all our options and advised me at every step making everything a little less daunting. On the day everything was exactly as mum had wanted.

Leanne, was kind, caring, helpful and respectful through out the whole process. She took time to explain the process of what needed to happen and when, she kept us informed of when she had my mum in her care and and laid to rest. She brought mum to her final destination, helped facilitate the family's wish to bare mum during the service and delivered an excellent service celebrating mums life, she supported myself and my brother when we delivered our eulogy and poem. Her thought and attention to the little details needed to make our celebration go smoothly was greatly appreciated, the little touches really meant so much to us. I would highly recommend Leanne and Simple Cremations for an excellent personal, respectful service throughout.Thank you x

Really could not fault this funeral company. From start to finish, Leanne could not possibly have been more professional, compassionate, efficient and generally just the perfect person to deal with a sensitive situation. And as if that wasn't enough, she also delivered the service absolutely beautifully.
Whilst you don't get all the fancy extras with it being a 'simple' cremation, there is certainly no shortfall in the level of customer service you get from this company and if anything it felt a lot more personal. We really couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely use again.

If I could choose more then five stars we would! Leanne and her husband gave my Mum the most perfect send off. From the very beginning, Leanne was always available to answer any questions or worries with such compassion, she made the effort to get to know us and who Mum was and treat Mum with the utmost respect. Every request was met with enthusiasm, it was never a hassle or too much, Leanne did her very best to fulfill our every wish for the day. The service went perfectly, Leanne read our memories out with empathy and so many commented on how she sounded like she knew Mum and how she read with emotion. Alot of my family now wish to use Leanne for their own funerals, as I intend to. Leanne took the pressure off us by organising our flowers, and the total cost for everything was a fraction of what you would pay in the big funeral directors, and the service was so special and personal it seems very underpriced to us! Thank you so much Leanne, I hope your business is round for many many years, we need more honest, caring and compassionate people like yourself in the market at times like this,we are forever grateful! Leanne was absolutely amazing I couldn’t recommend the company more, she took the stress away from myself and my whole family when we lost my dad, she is caring considerate and made the whole process so easy, she didn’t accept a deposit like most companies do, she had our best interests at heart and took a massive weight of everyone’s shoulders. Leanne is an exceptional individual. She has such a high moral standing. I could not ask for a more caring and considerate person to look after mum. She took extra time with my dad, getting to know mum as a person so that she could put the most personal arrangements in place. This was a huge comfort to my dad. Leanne also helped us with the Funeral expense application which was also a great help. A cremation will always be a difficult experience, but Leanne made it so much less painful. I cannot thank her enough.

Leanne dealt with the cremation of my mother back in 2020 and was the clear and preferred choice for my family when we suffered the loss of my dad recently.
Leanne is friendly, compassionate and understanding on the loss of a loved one and her kindness has eased our pain during our time of grief.

What can I say about this wonderful lady...Leanne and Simple Cremations are absolutely amazing.
When I was at my lowest, having lost my mum and brother within 14 months, Leanne took all my concerns away immediately, she supported me from the very start, helping me understand what I needed to do, what steps I could take to help fund the service, and generally been on the end of the phone if ever I needed her...the amazing support she gives is second to none and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
In the nicest of ways, I hope I don't need her again but if ever I did, she would be my first port of call.

he was always saying “put me in a cardboard box and bury me on the allotment!” So when he passed away we wanted something simple to honour his wishes. I contacted Leanne who was very friendly on the phone and she visited Mum and I at home. She sat and chatted to us about Dad and what thoughts we had with regards to his funeral. Leanne spoke as a friend and listened to what we wanted rather than selling us a big flash funeral that was not suitable for Dad. We decided a Direct Cremation is what Dad would have wanted. Leanne collected Dad from the hospital, made the necessary arrangements with the crematorium and brought Dad back home to us a few days later. We had our own service at home, just for the immediate family and then went out for food taking Dad with us to celebrate his life. Dad would be pleased with his simple, special day which would not have been possible without Leanne who is the most amazing, kind, beautiful lady that allowed us to give Dad the send off he wanted and made the experience very easy for us. Nothing was too much trouble for Leanne and although I know she is a busy lady she found the right amount of time for us. Organising a funeral is not easy to do for anyone but simple cremations will help and support you all the way.

When our son died , without insurance ,we were very concerned about how , as pensioners , we could afford his funeral . I looked on line and read about simple cremations , and found Leanne . She is so courteous and professional , and I was put at ease straight away . She handled everything , keeping us informed at every stage . This was important as we didn’t live in the same region as our son . She is so friendly and helpful and took care of our sons ashes , until we could come to collect them . Losing a child is a dreadful experience , but thanks to her , it helped us so much . We were even given a lovely card and a packet of forget -me- not seeds to plant in his memory. Thank you Leanne for everything .
