Kept going off when using it then stopped charging and no lights
Not worth the money but after getting the list from troubleshooting I feel it’s been faulty from the start ,
Attached wall soap dispenser, filled it, after 2 hours switched on bathroom heat, the glass holder promptly cracked, I presume caused by expansion of the soap. It would be so easy to put a small vent hole in lid, so that this would not happen. In other words £80 approx waisted. Thoughtless firm.
Have a few of this companies products that have had faults (bin and mirror) and their customer services sorted the problem immediately. Brilliant customer service.
Also the mirror is the best thing ever for doing your makeup. Amazing.
