Avoid!!

Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. My partner and I moved in two weeks ago and is still waiting for a second fob that was promised before the move. They’ve had to chase constantly, only to be met with silence or vague, useless responses. No urgency, no accountability — just a complete lack of care.

To make it worse, no one even bothered to provide basic information like the postbox key or the bin store code. How does a company manage properties and forget the essentials?

The estate agents are completely unresponsive, and there’s been zero support from the relationship manager. The whole experience has been frustrating, stressful, and honestly embarrassing on their part. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely dreadful experience dealing…

Absolutely dreadful experience dealing with this company. I've had to constantly chase them for every little thing. It has been nothing but stress from start to finish. It’s now been two weeks since I moved into the property, and I’m still waiting for an additional fob that was promised to me. Despite repeated calls and emails, I’ve received nothing but vague responses and delays.

To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given basic, essential information when I moved in—no key for the post box and no details about the bin store key number. How is that acceptable for new tenants? The level of disorganisation is shocking.

The estate agents are no better than the so-called relationship manager—they’re both equally unresponsive and unhelpful. Honestly, I’ve never dealt with such incompetence. If you're considering using this company, do yourself a favour and steer well clear.

Don’t know where to start they’ve…

Don’t know where to start they’ve affected my mental health so bad I can’t sleep by far the worst company ever they have falsely accused me of Airbnb in my property which I live in they are stalkers and harass you non stop and really not helpful at all they should change their name to Hard Life instead of simple life I am up to date with my payments and they gave me a section 21 and asking the court to evict me with no valid reason I want to make everyone aware of this company as they terrible and target vulnerable people and ignore any issues their properties cause also I now have scars all over my body due to bed bugs from there property which they failed to fix that I had to fix myself I have also not been able to eat properly due to them not fixing my microwave randomly stopped working they still have not fixed this there as also been reports of mice due to the bin area being so dirty which I have evidence of and other tenants too I have reported them to trading standards and the council I advice others to do too and do not trust these crooks
