Corporate scam wrapped in a service

Lets you translate the keys for free, but then forces you to buy a subscription to export work that already has been done. No warnings, only corporate greed.

I hope they fail in every way possible as a business.

Refused to refund accidental purchase

Avoid. Difficult customer support and misleading pricing page where it defaults to yearly pricing and on the yearly pricing it shows large blue monthly pricing with yearly small below it. I accidentally checked out and then asked them to revert so I could do monthly payments and received: "However, since you upgraded to the Team yearly plan, which is non-refundable as confirmed during the purchase (checkbox), I’m unable to process a refund for that payment." This is after not actually using the product or any of the paid features.

A Localization Bullseye

After a few months trying and testing different localization services, I found SimpleLocalize. That tool is exactly what I was looking for. Fair price, Friendly Support, Properly Structured Documentation and most important it has all the functionality I needed. No unnecessary extras included in the monthly price. I recommend that to anyone who is into localization or just getting started.
