This is not a legitimate business.
I received a dress for my birthday in early June I emailed them by the next day to report that it had a rip in it--this rip was a part of the dress when it was shipped.
They do not have a customer service phone number. That should be a red alert. They have one person, Ruth, who occasionally answers email.
They have twice admitted that the damage was their fault--that took a month. It is now 7/8 and I have not been sent information on how to ship it back to them. How to get a credit for the dress. I was told tonight that they cannot provide a shipping label because they will not cover return shipping--yes, even if the error is theirs.
This is not a legitimate business. Go anywhere else.

Lately, I've noticed that cotton clothing and textiles are becoming increasingly scarce in Japanese stores. Even my favorite local brands, where I bought my main wardrobe, have increasingly started stocking items made of synthetics or cotton-blend fabrics.
So, I was pleasantly surprised by the dresses from simpleretro. They're beautiful, elegant, and, most importantly, made of a very soft cotton fabric that feels great on the skin. I really liked them.

I'm really satisfied with my orders. I've been ordering from the Simpleretro website for several years, and it's become my favorite online store. The first thing that struck me was the vintage and retro style of the garments. You'll find tons of dresses, skirts, and shirts in excellent quality fabrics and a variety of patterns...my favorites are floral and lace. Shipping is also very fast and accurate! I recommend trying them.🩷🩷🩷🩷

Super happy about this brand i am obsessed with the high-quality, love the materials the vintage style. It is affordable price with amazing quality it is been more than a year that i have pieces from Simple retro and i am still wearing them as the material never changes quality. Absolutely i will continue to shopping.

Simple retro is a lovely brand that has affordable clothing. I have several of their cotton dresses and they are lightweight and comfortable!

The dress is feminine, comfortable, and feels very natural to wear.

The size L was tiny and was equivalent to a XS or Sz 8.
They wouldn't accept return as it was a sale item.
What a waste of my money!

By prioritizing premium fabric textures and a more minimalist design approach, the brand could easily transition from "youthful French chic" to a more sophisticated, ageless elegance. Investing in material quality will truly unlock the potential of these beautiful silhouettes.

Every peice I received was truly high quality and beautiful- I also had a fantastic experience with costumer service, which to me, means so much! I highly recommend based on the stunning look of their clothing but also supporting a brand that cares for their customers. Thank you!

Great price vs quality ratio. The designs are truly unique, it’s hard to choose between all the beautiful options! If you love vintage style, this is the brand for you. I got 2 cotton dresses for summer and was pleasantly surprised, the quality, the flattering cuts… Can definitely recommend!

I own two Simple Retro dresses that are absolutely wonderful. I use them for everyday wear and the design is lovely and flattering and the quality is top (mostly cotton)

My experience with Simple Retro has been lovely. The quality and design are exceptional, and the brand’s aesthetic is truly beautiful. I’m also very impressed with the service.

The item was of good quality but didn’t fit me só i returned it.
So it cost £14 by royal mail.
When they refund it they charged another £10 for post.
This is really not ok !!!!!
I have written to them a few times to no avail.
Do t trust this company
