Simplero's support is super helpful and friendly. Though I wish they have a live chat support but even though they don't have one right now the implementation calls are helpful and the email supports are great. I get an answer usually within 1-3 hours after submitting a ticket which is not bad at all. You can even reopen a ticket in case you have another question relate to it which is amazing!

Kristina helped me set up an automation for a free membership trial with a summer special I am running. As always, she made it so easy to implement!
It is overly complicated
It is overly complicated. There is no basic way to get started quickly. The guides are mainly videos, which takes forever. The step-by-step guide (if you can find it) guides you through a lot of things, then once you have done it, it is not part of the basic package. You can not really see how much you still need to do - so every time you think you are done and can get your course rolling, there is more complicated steps to follow.
Do not use this service, unless you are willing to spend more time learning to use this, than to make your course - or if you are willing to hire a pro to do it all for you.
I would urge all small/new businesses to avoid! It is a waste of money!

Simplero is the absolute in customer service in my book! No question is too big and the patience of the team is phenomenal! There are tons of guides and videos to help me, but if I get stuck (and believe me I do) all I have to do is ask. They either answer specifically or give me the link to the right video or guide with some explanation. They look at pages I've made or things I've set up when I send a screen shot or video showing my set up and tell me what I need to adjust. Where do I even begin? Our entire website would not be what it is today without the incredible support of Allie. I’ve been deep in the trenches with Simplero, working through everything from linking calendars to Zoom to wrestling with custom HTML that sometimes broke the page entirely. Through all of it, Allie was there.
She’s calm, kind, and seriously good at what she does. Whenever I hit a wall or felt overwhelmed, she made it feel like everything was figure-out-able. She even took the time to celebrate our relaunch with me, which meant more than she probably knows. That moment gave me a breath when I needed it.
I also want to give a huge thank you to Kristina. We purchased some concierge hours, and because of her, we were able to grow our site and business in ways I didn’t think were possible. Kristina gave us the kind of clarity and confidence that helped us move forward without hesitation.
