I cannot thank Liz and Tom from Simple Send Offs cremation and burial services enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed during such a difficult time for my family. From the very first conversation, they handled everything with kindness, sensitivity, and genuine respect, which brought us a great deal of comfort while arranging my mum’s cremation.

Every detail was managed with thoughtfulness and dignity, and nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal. They took the time to listen to our wishes, guided us gently through each step, and ensured that everything was carried out exactly as we had hoped. Their calm and reassuring presence made an incredibly emotional process feel much more manageable.

What stood out most was their empathy—they truly understood how important it was to honour my mum properly, and they treated her with the utmost respect at all times. The service itself was beautifully arranged and gave us a peaceful and meaningful way to say goodbye.

I would also like to say how incredibly grateful we are for the way they prepared my mum in the chapel of rest. She looked so peaceful and beautiful—it meant more to us than words can express. Seeing her that way gave us a sense of comfort and helped us say our goodbyes in a calm and loving environment.
