SimpleTexting is the BEST SMS app I've used so far. Tried 5-6 other sms app before landing on SimpleTexting. This one has the BEST integration with a phone app. This keeps you on top of everything. Look no further. Best of all. Their customer is very responsive.

The customer support is truly next level!

Very quick and patient staff with detailed explanation of the software, ethical guidelines, and clear instructions.

Setting up the software does take time, but it is worth the investment

Customer service has been marginal

Customer service has been marginal, and the promised consultant was never provided. More importantly, system performance has been unacceptable. Critical text messages were delayed due to review holds, resulting in serious disruptions and negatively affecting timely communication.

DO NOT sign up

DO NOT sign up. I couldn't cancel for 7 months.

They just blocked me out of my account where I could NOT access anything for 7 months. After I signed up, every time I logged in, it would not let me access any features or even billing info. All I saw was a banner asking me to "chat with support". And when I tried to chat with support, it would go to AI chat agent. So I could NOT even cancel my account.

Do NOT sign up. They will keep taking your money forever.
