I appreciate SimpleTire's customer service efforts and post purchase followup in the event a problem is experienced. In my case, tire delivery became a concern, initially due to inclement weather, but escalated due to an inability to have a conversation with the delivery carrier. Amit with SimpleTire took the time to listen to my concerns, reviewed the delivery expectations, and was very reassuring that SimpleTire would address concerns with the delivery carrier. In 48 hours, my tires were delivered as promised. The highlight of my experience was Amit's follow up response once my tires had been delivered. He clearly demonstrated to me that SimpleTire has customer best interests in mind.

When first placing the order I went through the AI generated. And of course , it upselled me to the most expensive tires. I had to keep calling to try and get someone in order to get a reasonably priced tires with the same kind of warranty , but they did do that , but I had to speak to somebody to get that. My delivery was faster than it said.And it was a holiday weekend , so I didn't expect it, so that was a bonus. Tires look brand new. I had it put on the next day which was monday, then tuesday , I had a flat tire. I don't know my warranty process even though I know I paid for an additional warranty because I always get flat tires, but I asked the tow truck guy if it was my tire or if it was the way they put on the tire and they said no, the tire is no good, all my tires was put on correctly , I purchased five of them. So I don't know how to start the warranty process , but that's where i'm in the middle of now.

The web experience need to be improved, most of the people now a days know what they want, searches should go to the point not offer other products that the customer is asking for.
More consistence on prices and not fluctuate from day to day unless there is a big sale.
In my case, refunds are to slow after merchandise was return and re-apply the stocking cost when purchase an other set of tires. I have to send 2 separate emails to find our what happened with my refund sending all the appropriate information requested by the sales agent

4th set of tires, wow these guys are great to deal with. Super shout out to sales person Summer. She was excellent, the perfect amount of friendly the willingness/eargerness to help and I couldnt be more pleased. Great price and son of a gun, the tires showed up the very next day. Great selection of tire brands that your local tire guy might be able "order you some" . Streamline the process and save a buck too by using SimpleTire. I got some MultiMile wild country xtx tires for my twenty year old Tacoma. Late 2024 build date and are quiet , drive well and saved me some money.

Sent a separate email on this but to recapture, the tires arrived here in six days which is great. My dissatisfaction comes from the DOT manufacture date of 4724 which means as you know the 47th week of 2024, already 15 months old. Trailer tires age out before wearing out which means they are already 15 months into their life span. Last time I bought these same size tires from you, they were only 3 months old. For trailer owner orders, please try to send the most latest manufactured tires so other owners won't have the same problem.

Had a warranty issue that spanned over a year.I had a complicated warranty on a set of bad tires.Months after the resolution I had a upper management representative contact me to go over what had happened.Spent 30 minutes on the phone to correct the issues. I am writing this to warn any potential customers: SimpleTire does not stand behind the products they sell. I have been dealing with a defective set of tires for over a month and a half. Despite having "hotspots" (internal defects) that make my vehicle vibrate and pulse dangerously, SimpleTire is choosing to play games rather than provide a resolution.
The Facts:
• Timeframe: 6+ weeks and counting with no resolution.
• Evidence Provided: I have submitted multiple professional balance reports proving the tires are out of round/defective.
• The "Runaround": Despite professional documentation from tire shops, they continue to demand "pictures" of internal hotspots—an impossible request for a consumer, especially one who works for a living and cannot spend their days at a garage acting as a forensic photographer.
• Wasted Money: I have paid out of pocket for multiple balances to prove the defect, yet they still refuse to ship a replacement set.
It is clear that SimpleTire’s strategy is to delay and frustrate the customer until they give up. They are perfectly happy leaving a driver on the road with defective, vibrating tires.
Bottom Line: If you value your time, your money, or your safety, go elsewhere. Their "customer service" is a wall of bureaucracy designed to prevent refunds and replacements. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and my credit card company for a chargeback if this is not resolved immediately.

First attempt with this company was through Walmart on December 9,2025. Error wasn’t known until I went out to my truck and found that instead of Falken Wildpeak AT3W tires being installed I found Falken Wildpeak AT3WA on my vehicle. I chalked it up to being solely Walmart’s issue and attempted to order the tires to be purchased directly from Simple Tire and be shipped to my home mid January 2026. I was working out of town and my wife texted me with pictures that again the wrong tires had arrived.
I contacted their support and was less than pleased with their response. They told me the tires are pretty much the same and that really irked me. The tires are completely different, the name is the only thing that is close. Company cannot guarantee that correct tires will be shipped and received by myself. It’s been a terrible experience and I will not be a return customer. This is the second event of this happening with this vendor and no extra measures are attempted to ensure the correct product can be obtained. The amount of time that I have personally invested to purchase these tires now outweighs the value of the entire set by more than double. BBB complaint to follow.

I purchased a total of 12 tires over the course of 3 years from this company, each time paying for tire replacement coverage. I eventually had an issue with a tire that was completely legitimate. A small puncture in the side of the tire wall that led to the tire slowly leaking air over time needing to be replaced. I provided photographs, I provided a statement from the tire installation store stating that the tire could not be repaired, and this was well within the time frame of a 3-year replacement plan in the first part of the second year. I provided them with everything they asked of me spending several hours of driving around getting written statements and taking multiple photographs and back and forth emails over the course of about 3 weeks. But, as we were going through the claim they would ask me for something and then I would provide it, then they would ask me for something else, and then I would provide it, and then they would ask me for something else, in order to prolong the claim as long as possible. Once I finally was approved for the claim I was told to purchase another tire and send in the receipt to receive my reimbursement. So, I went ahead and purchased new tires from simple tire and then whenever I went to claim the reimbursement they told me that my claim had been denied, and I had to start the claim all over again after the tire was already gone. I was told by Discount tire that this would be the behavior of this company, and that I should expect this outcome. It turns out that that's exactly what happened. After having purchased 12 tires spending over $3,000 in tire purchase's of better than $250 per tire, I can't see ever even considering using this company again because, every time I have received tires from them they have either been old tires nearing their date of use time period or damaged in some way. Then whenever I try to make a claim or have a warranty issue they make it as hard as humanly possible for me to receive any type of customer service. I only made one actual claim, though I had several conversations about issues where I was told that my problem was not covered, so it isn't like I was over using my coverage either. I've learned my lesson with buying things online from this company because, there is no way for you to verify that what they're selling you is actually what they're advertising. I would suggest never buying tire replacement coverage because they're going to find excuses not to give you that coverage no matter what you do. And they're literally isn't anything at all you can do about it other than just be upset and then later decide to just spend your money elsewhere. If my review even saves one person the trouble of this company's behavior then I have done my job here.

Ordering my tires were easy and he gave me a 5% off, which was great then it went downhill from there two of my tires got delivered. The other two got lost. They would not send out other ones till after a 24 hour investigation, but they could see that it didn’t move five days prior to that. then we went to look up my order and the salesman put the order under his name and not me the customer. They then did not expedite my tires that went missing for my replacements so I have canceled three appointments because they were supposed to come six days after I ordered them and now we’re almost 2 weeks in.
