This company is fraudulent. They took my money and two weeks before the hire I had to cancel. I had to call several times to ask for a refund. They told me it will take 28 days for the money to be put into my account. I waited and still nothing. I contacted them again and was told it would be resolved. They then sent an email stating the money had been paid, but this was a lie. 4 months later still no refund. I will be going to the ombudsman.

This hire company is the best , hassle free mick who hired me a box van was a diamond from start to finish loverly man so helpful , I will definitely use simple van hire again 100% .SIMPLE VAN HIRE try them you will not be disappointed 👍

Great service at at even better price. The option to have the van delivered to me was a godsend & the entire process was very easy & straight forward. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of using this company.
