Everything is wrong it takes 4 days to get a transaction to maybe go through and cost a extreme amount with all their is and have to constantly verify and pay constantly fees are to high and very costly o started on February 25 and still not complete

Pretty smooth experience

A very easy way to buy crypto. Plus pretty fast in completig transactions. Some US credit cards don't seem to work through my ellipal wallet. Maybe some banks don't allow for use across the pond. Thats a bit frustrating. But otherwise, a good way to buy.

Id give it zero stars if I could . This platform for no reason decided it was declining any payment from me when my bank approved it already. And then refused to give a reason why.
