The Inventory Clerk was very helpful in accommodating a short-notice inventory and check in for an incoming tenant. He was prompt, explained his approach in great detail, took a lot of detailed photos and was thorough in his approach to detailing the condition and items in the environment. He liaised with me as the client throughout whilst ensuring a balanced and neutral position in his work. T.he completed report was with me within 48 hours although this fell over the weekend which was excellent. All achieved efficiently
