I thought that they will help with my debit but I found out they even put in more debit they transfer me to credit fix which is the big scam they only care about the monthly payment they took from me and no result the creditors still sending me letters and phone calls and emails and they never respond to my email I just advice people don’t get fool by these people as they are not helpful and put you in more problems and debits

Hi Sameh, first of all, you would not be put into more debt that is not how debt help works as it's not a loan, it's a solution to clear the debts that you have at a reduced amount, so you pay back less than you owe, not the other way around. Also, Creditfix is most definitely not a scam, they are the largest IP in the UK, well known, and fully regulated under the IPA. You have left a review as you are still receiving creditor hassle which we could easily correct if you gave us the chance, please note it is also perfectly normally for creditors to still contact you for the first 12 weeks, which you were made fully aware of. This is due to the creditor not updating their records yet, again this is a creditor issue, that could be rectified with Creditfix creditor hassle team. With that being said, you are still fully protected regardless of the contact from creditors and therefore they cannot legally pursue or increase the debt any further.
We do feel this review is unfair as we have done everything in our power to get you the help you need and due to a creditor issue, not a fault of our own you have left us a 1-star review.

Firstly thank-you to Thomas what an amazing asset to his company
He takes control sits in the driving seat with confidence and helps every step of the way
For nearly all of us this will be the one off situation never to be seen again the sleepless nights the worry the embarrassment but Thomas never judged understood engaged quickly and very helpful and I still feel human
He prepared me for the unknown and it’s ok And guided advised me

I came across the site looking for a loan to get me out of debt and took a chance to see how my debt could be simplified, within 15 minutes of completing the online for I got a call from Eddie.
Eddie talked me through the options and explained the pros and cons, after that we chose an option sorted out all the documents, and now my debt is simplified
