Doorbell replacement

We had an issue with our Video Doorbell Pro glitching and triggering doorbell notifications when nobody was pressing it. We spoke with Deidre who was able to assist us in getting a free replacement doorbell unit quickly and amicably. We appreciate the custom service

Warranty honored !!

Had been having trouble with a camera on a system we installed in August 2024. When I spoke to Alexander A. He was able to order me a replacement camera under warranty so no cost to me. Very happy with thus experience.

My motion sensors and keypad went…

My motion sensors and keypad went offline after a system update. I'm out of town and was concern about the rest of the system. I spoke to Alexander A who review my system and assured me that the remain part components were okay.

I had an issue with a camera doorbell…

I had an issue with a camera doorbell and had a tech by the name Umar who went through the trouble shooting process with me. Umar was very thorough in trouble shooting the device and determined the camera doorbell was not functioning properly. Umar was very knowledgeable and was great to deal with. People like Umar is why I have been a long time customer of Simply Safe. Thanks Umar for all your help

I had some things that were not…working

I had some things that were not responding and we needed a new sign ,We are both rather old and not real good at computers and such,but a young man Tristan helped us,he was so patient with us and walked us through everything,Wondering experience.thank you

Thanks Nathan H for your help

Today I spoke with Nathan H for help with my smart lock. I have had quite a few issues with these smart locks since I went with Simplisafe so I’ve been on the phone many times with customer service. Today’s experience was by far the best I’ve had with anyone from this company.

First let me say that my experience…

First let me say that my experience with your agent Nashayia, which is a live human agent, was one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of calling for help. I will rank her as a 5 plus.
As for your AI agents, I called in twice and was handed over to eleven separate AI agents that was a total waste of my time. Everyone of the agents sent me a message that they could not answer my question since it was not allowed to answer non-SimpliSafe questions. I was sure that the problem was with the keyboard. Nashayia confirmed this to be the case. I would have to rate your AI agents as a complete 0 as all eleven agents were a total waste of time. They did not offer a single answer to the problem.

Great customer service

We spoke to an intelligent and knowledgeable agent about a problem with our SimpliSafe cameras. Tristan J. Was very helpful and patient with us. D-ann was wonderful and went above and…

D-ann was wonderful and went above and beyond. I initially called to request a change in color for a smart lock, and beyond making that change painless for me, she ran a system check and found I was accidentally paying for my old service at an old address. She promptly got that cancelled with charges refunded and applied a discount to my order based on the promotion I'd used to set up my new location's system. 10/10 customer service for thorough approach & catching an error I wouldn't have caught for maybe another month & saving me money in the process!
